Attached is a flyer inviting you the January 19, 2012 wine tasting & opening of my show at Black Butte Ranch Lodge, near Sisters, Oregon. The opening is from 5-7pm and I hope you can come! If that doesn't fit for you please stop by the lodge during Jan or Feb if you're in the area.

The lodge at Black Butte Ranch is a beautiful space and I'm putting lots of larger pieces up, including my newest painting, "Into the Mystic", inspired by an August day at the Metolius River. This painting is part of an ongoing series exploring the light and patterns of nature. They are large canvases for the most part—perfect for corporate spaces.

I would love to hear from you at anytime about your art needs, and am open to do commissions that fit spaces. Giclee's on both paper and canvas, with the ability to enlarge proportionally, are also available for most of my paintings, providing lots of options that are cost effective as well.

Calling Artists

We're looking for artsy people who be willing to come carve pumpkins next Thursday and Friday (Oct. 20-21) for our Carving for Kids charity event. 100% of proceeds go to MountainStar Family Relief Nursery. It's a lot of fun. We'll be at our shop carving on Thursday from 12-6pm and Friday from 9-6pm. We're located at 20585 Brinson Blvd #4. All tools will be provided. Thank you!

Pinnacle Open House

The Crest Butte Apartments is a recently completed 52-unit USDA Rural Development Multifamily Housing acquisition/rehabilitation project. The project underwent a significant rehabilitation including all new exterior envelopes on each building (new roofing, siding, windows and doors), new steel stairways and architectural enhancements. The interior of each unit, including flooring, cabinetry, fixtures and appliances, was completely replaced and new landscaping and a state of the art playground and fall surface was installed. The total construction cost was about $3 million with funding coming from Oregon Housing and Community Services programs, USDA Rural Development, the ARRA Tax Credit Exchange Program and US Bank.
