How To - card tutorial using the new Helz Cuppleditch Neighbourhood

This is the first in our series of " How To" tutorials where we will show you how to make the card featured. It will also feature ideas and methods you might find useful.

As promised, here is a card I have made using 1 of the new Helz Cuppleditch Neighbourhood stamps and papers

For this first card I have used the 8 x 8 Neighbourhood paper stack and  Little Bird stamp

How to make:
  • cover front of card blank with your chosen paper from stack
  • Stamp Bird image with Versafine ( I used Sepia  for a softer look) onto Promarker white card
  • Colour image with Promarkers and Flexmarkers
  • Cut out image. (you can use X Cut nesting dies)
  • Edge circle with Stickles glitter glue
  • Punch out leaf shapes and adhere to under side of image. I only attached them to the lower half
  • Adhere image and leaves to card front
  • stamp sentiment and cut out
  • thread ribbon through ends of sentiment and secure behind front of card
All the items I have used are highlighted and are available from Hotshot Crafts. There is free shipping on many items.

To show you the size of these stamps I have a 50p piece next to it
We would love to see what you do with these stamps and papers

I will be back tomorrow with another card tutorial for you using a different Helz Cuppleditch Neighbourhood stamp.
