Buick 5 Tourer

This was one of the entries in the LAC's Manchester to Blackpool Veteran and Vintage Car Run in June 1990, starting from the Exchange Station car park in Manchester.
It's not listed in the programme of the event, but it took part again the following year where it was described as a 1908 Buick 5 Tourer, and on 23 March 2017 I showed a photograph of it at the 1991 run. According to the DVLA record it has a 5,507cc engine.

Buick

This car took part in the Manchester to Blackpool Veteran and Vintage Car Run in June 1991 and is pictured here before the start of the run in the Exchange Station car park in Manchester.
It's a 1908 Buick 5 Tourer, and the programme of the event had this to say about it:

18     1908 Buick 5 Tourer
         Reg: DS 8447   4 cylinder   40hp
         (Eric Bond, Newton-le-Willows)
Imported from America in 1989, this model
is believed to be the largest Edwardian Buick
manufactured. It has inboard and outboard
brakes on the rear wheels only.
