Sassy Cheryl's challenge week #152 " Back to nature"

This week Jeni set the Sassy Theme over on Sassy Cheryls challenge, I dusted off my Cameo Silhouette and after cutting the base butterfly I decided to continue on and add a few more layers, I love to cut Sassy Cheryl's images out and sit/stand them in different places and for this week I have a teeney tiny ( smaller than a butterfly)  Sally, fluttering through the sky on the wings of a butterfly, this Sassy Sally usually sits on a tree HERE but today she is off on an adventure :)   ( ok so I let my imagination run away sometimes ) I couldnt find a verse so made one up !!!

Sassy Cheryl's challenge week #150 " Happy Birthday"

Jeni set this weeks Sassy Cheryl's challenge with "Happy Birthday" I LOVE all Cheryl's new images including this one " My favourite kind of weather" this one took a bit of thinking, I made it up using three layered images, one for the dotty background, one paper pieced window frame and then the coloured image, I added lots of little yellow gems and glossy accents for detail and coloured with promarkers!

Sassy Cheryl's challenge #149 Thinking of you!

Dawn set this weeks Sassy theme with "Thinking of you" I couldnt resist using Cheryl's new image "A penny for your thoughts" and was also inspired by the little sentiment Cheryl has alonge side the image ( this sentiment is not included with the image ) but very simple to add yourself.

Sassy Cheryl's challenge week #148 Clean and Simple

We are all going " Clean and simple" with Sassy Pat's challenge over on Sassy Cheryl's,  for our weekly challenge, I love clean and simple so really enjoyed making this card, I couldnt resist "Sassy Sallys heart balloon" I paper pieced the balloon and added text to fill up some white space, this image is perfect for any occasion especially Valentines day, we would love too see your clean, simple cards, all you have to do is use a Sassy Cheryl image, you will be spoiled for choice in the shop HERE and you dont have to break the bank either because there are great bargains in the Sassy bargain bin, so check out all the Design team cards and see full challenge details HERE on the challenge blog.

Sassy Cheryls challenge #147 Anything goes

Cathy set the theme this week for Sassy Cheryls challenge with " Anything goes "  I used a Sassy trio for my New Year card, Birthday Balloon boy...........Birthday Balloon girl  ( both only $2 in the bargain bin) .....and  I added a 2013 to Bentlys Bears Balloon lift and layered all three images in photoshop.

Cathy set this weeks challenge with " I love snowmen" I decided to decorate a candy cane jar this week, I made a border with the "Handing out candy canes snowman" image, flipping every second snowman to make it look like he was having a dance :) you cant see from the photo but he continues all around the candy jar.

We are going " Round about" this week over on Sassy Cheryl's, Dawn set this weeks challenge! as we are celebrating Halloween tomorrow I stayed traditional this week with a few Sassy "Candy corn Jacks" You will find them HERE for only $1.00  !!!!! This weeks Sassy Cheryl's challenge was set by Ann and is " TRICK OR TREAT" I certainly didnt go with clean and simple this week :) instead I dusted off my Silhouette Cameo and made a witches boot to fill with treats, I added the Sassy Image " Sassy Sally, The good little witch... with her great boots!

Sassy Cheryl's Challenge week # 137 Orange and Black

Ann set this weeks Sassy Cheryl's challenge with "Orange and Black" ... when I think of those colours together I always think of Halloween, but instead of going with the obvious choice I decided to use the beautiful Sassy image "April Umbrella"and she is only $1.00 HERE  and instead of using a bright orange I toned it down to give  dull brownish orange.

Dawn set this weeks challenge " To die for" and we are to use any die cut, I stayed clean and simple this week and used my old reliable nesties with the Sassy Sally image.  Sassy Sallys Uh-Oh moment  this image is perfect for a late birthday card !!!I love the expression on her face!

Sassy Cheryl's challenge week #131 Got the blues

Jeni set Sassy Cheryl's challenge this week with  " Got the blues" Thankfully I dont have the blues and I LOVE using blues in my cards, I chose Callies little umbrella this week and tried to add as much blue as I could, I cant take credit for making the lovely little fabric flower because I bought it as a hair clip and removed the clip!
