I LOVE spring. Most especially I love spring weather. I get so excited when there is severe weather in the forecast. Call me crazy but I think it's fun watching and feeling the storm approach, seeing the dark clouds and pillars of rain falling from them, hearing the crashing thunder, pounding rain, and gusts of wind. Growing up tornado season was fun for me. My dad would order a case of Girl Scout Thin Mints and that would be our Tornado food (this quite possible could have been only one year, but that's what I remember). It was cool watching the trees bend back and forth all the way to the ground as the storms passed. In Tucson we were able to watch the monsoons pass within 5-10 minutes.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who gets excited when I hear that we're expecting thunderstorms. They're quite exciting! That's great that you got some cool pictures of the weather. I need to do that to remember this whole Nebraska experience!
