Darth Vader and Friends came out today, and over at the Chronicle Books blog you can read a bit about how I pitched that and Goodnight Darth Vader. The new issue of Star Wars Insider magazine also has a feature with some behind the scenes and unused sketches. This Saturday (May 2) is Free Comic Book Day, so I'll be at Aw Yeah Comics in Skokie, IL from 11am to 1 pm, and Monday is May The 4th (Star Wars Day) and I'll be at The Book Cellar in Chicago from 4pm to 530ish. That means I won't be at the Cartoon Art Museum for the opening of a huge exhibition of art from Goodnight Vader and Vader and Friends, but stay tuned for details on the reception when I will be there in June. Finally, I was one of the judges for the UNIQLO Star Wars themed T-Shirt contest, but also got to design two new Star Wars shirts - one for men and one for kids.

Merry Change-Bots
Just in time for the holidays, there's a new Incredible Change-Bots book - Incredible Change-Bots Two Point Something Something, which is full of previously published shorts, hard to find mini-comic stories, and more. And the video above is for the Change-Bots FlipBooKit, which is on display and available now at Grumpy Bert in Brooklyn.

Star Wars Weekend!
This weekend is Star Wars Reads Day, and Saturday I'll be in New York signing at the Scholastic Bookstore. Friday night, though, I'll be in Brooklyn at The Scott Eder Gallery for the opening of the Vader's Little Princess and Jedi Academy art show. If you can't make it to New York, though, you can still go to ebay and bid on this signed Star Wars books package to support Reading With Pictures.

Secret Headquarters
This Friday I'll already be back in California (after another exhausting but great San Diego Comicon) to sign at Secret Headquarters, who will also be hosting an art show featuring all the zombie/Beatles art from the book Paul Is Undead. SHQ will also have for sale a bunch of special 'Process' artifact packets, packaged without the minicomics.

Even if you missed the opening to the big Change-Bots Two art show in Brooklyn, you can still go check out the art through June 23. And if you're not in New York, you can always take a look at the digital version of the show here. If robots aren't your thing, the Scott Eder Gallery also has other artwork of mine available for purchase, including art from Cats Are Weird.

![](http://library.vu.edu.pk/cgi-bin/nph-proxy.cgi/000100A/https/blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjnPVdtxxb_15TrsDvZSEnyUtrJ8cRReSXYUdGxdL6diRrQ2RAAGTa-pdIIfVVoUx3QZoD_N6_UV4W4ZEAtHmjeI6HfgXkH5XWxu7MY8VUXEQRjysmEXtXZHMa3ioJrlJlL7zKZ-jYr45E/s320/bots-poster.jpg)
This coming Friday will be the opening of my Incredible Change-Bots Two art show at the Scott Eder Gallery in Brooklyn. The show will feature all the art work from the latest Change-Bots book, as well as a host of large drawings I've been working on since last fall - large character portraits, Electronocybercircuitron, a giant battle scene and more. There'll also be a special Change-Bots print for sale. I'll be there for the opening, and Saturday night I'll be at Desert Island signing.

The excellent Portland comic shop Floating World is hosting another benefit art show. This time around the show's theme is the video game Katamari, and the proceeds are going to the nonprofit JOIN PDX, which helps the homeless. You can see and bid on my contribution here. The image above was a little doodle I added to the back of the artwork.

The Last Match
I recently contributed a drawing to The Last Match, an exhibition of tiny matchbox size drawings. It's a pretty amazing collection of artists from all over the world, and you can see the works here.
