7.11.09 Crocheted Best Bunny

Finally finished! I started Mr. Bunny from a LyonBrand free pattern about 3 months ago and was SO lazy to assemble the parts, but I am glad it eventually happened...

14.8.09 Crocheted Amigurumi Momma Bird and Baby Birds in a Nest

I started this free Lion Brand project on the 30.7.09 and it became my "Road project".
I used a hook size of 2mm and some cotton threads (50 gr/125m).
I finally completed it today, after taking my time to make the eyes and beaks, practicing for the first time the embroidered french knot.

I find this project really cute and am very grateful to the anonymus designer of it. To watch for the full instructions, click the links below:

3.8.09 Sssandy the Snake

Find out the free pattern of Sssandy the Snake on Lion Brand website.
This is such a nice spiral - but it took me ages with the stuffing, the color changing and the twists.
I still have to add some eyes and tongue, but till I will get to it, ssssssssssssandy wants to say Hi to everyone :-)

Cute Sleepy Sarah took me about 4 hrs to complete. You can find the free pattern on owlishly's blog. I also recommend you to check the Sleepy Sarah Rainbow made by 5minutes.

3.5.09
I got recently a nice picture from Pnina, that I thought would be nice to share with you. Sarah is in good hands :-) and she is sleeping well.

11.3.09 Owlishly's " Laura Beth amigurumi" Doll

I finally finished this cute "Laura Beth dressed as a ladybird amigurumi doll". It is the first doll I am making and I think it can suit well for a key chain. The finishes were the hard part for me in this project (as in many others).
I bought the pattern from Mia Zamora-Johnson's Owlishly Etsy Shop. I recommend you to visit the shop, it has plenty of cute amigurumi dolls' crochet patterns that she designs so creatively. In her interesting blog, check her cute free pattern for Sleepy Sarah amigurumi.
I am very satisfied with the pattern, it's very clear and well explained and the things that I didn't know/understand - I just asked and got very helpful and quick answers.
Thank you Mia!
