Snowflake Showcase launching tomorrow!

Hey there and welcome to my blog today! Today I'm a little late posting but I've got exciting news about some gorgeous new exclusive products available for the month of November only! We have 2 new stamp sets, a set of dies and some accessories to create some lovely snowflake themed projects and I have 2 specials for you this month too!

More Merry Mice

Good Morning. Today is a very exciting day as I am heading to Telford with some of the lovely ladies from our team to meet more lovely ladies there and share a weekend of Stampin' Up! at our Onstage Local event. We will be seeing lots of sneak peeks of new products and its a fantastic event to be part of. But first back to crafting and another make with the Merry Mice Stamp set.

My lovely friend Jane often sends me pins on Pinterest that she knows I will like and recently send me this one HERE from Jenny's Stampin flavours blog. I just knew I had to do a version of this for my Merry Mice class. Thank you Jenny for totally inspiring me. I always like to give credit where possible to the designer who inspires my makes. 

 I love the idea of the little mouse peeping out of the stocking so I decided to cut out a plain stocking from card and then emboss with the cable knit folder for added texture and dimension.

 I do love Pool Party for Christmas, in fact I love it for any occasion and it goes so well with Crumb Cake. Every piece of card on this card has been sponged around the edges to add to the vintage feel of the card.

More Foxy Friends!

Good Morning. Today is a really quick post from me as it is my eldest Son Ross' 17th birthday today and I want to spend the morning with him before he plays cricket this afternoon. For those of you who have been following my blog since the start (2007, even before Stampin Up) he was only 8 when I started this blog! Oh how time flies. He is a lovely young man and makes us laugh every single day.

Today I am sharing another card with the Foxy Suite and also giving you a heads up on a class I have planned for July due to popular demand at my Launch Night on Friday. Speaking of my Launch Night, a huge thank you to those who attended and supported me, it's much appreciated. Lots of love and thanks to my dream team of helpers, Mr K and Rachel for setting up and Jane and Wendy for helping on the night as well as helping me clear up with Rachel, Jen, Gemma and Kathy. Thank you so much guys.

Today's make is a little copy of one from the catalogue for my display on Friday evening.

Talking of displays, one of the items that had a lot of comments was the foxy frame in the photo below. I got asked if I was doing a class on it and the answer is YES! Details can be found HERE on my Facebook page and I will be adding them to the Blog events page soon. We will make the frame and a couple of cards. There are 2 options for the class, one with the punch and frame only and another to include the stamps too.

Party Pop Up!

Hello there, hope you are having a good weekend? Did you have snow last night? We had a fair bit which I really don't mind when I have nowhere to go, but if you have somewhere to go, well it's totally another story isn't it?

 Today's make was one I made a couple of weeks ago to add to my display table which uses the It's My Party suite. I broke into the rolls of Washi Tape and packets of Enamel Dots for this card and used more of my paper scraps from the big DSP stack.

I didn't go too over the top on the front of the card because I knew the inside had some "pop" so to speak as I used the new Party Pop Up Thinlit Dies. These dies provide a little extra surprise inside for the recipient and are really easy to use.
