Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge 101


Good morning - It's time for another Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge! Here is the deal: make a card with this layout and use the InLinkz button down at the very end of this post to enter your card. The links will close on Friday at 10 PM (Mountain Time), and I'll randomly select one card to feature on my blog on Saturday. So, as long as your card is linked by 10 PM Friday, your card will be in the drawing. Be sure to link directly to the blog post or gallery image which features your card. You may post a picture of the sketch on your blog, but please save the image to your computer first. Use the keyword SSSC101 if you plan to post your card in an online gallery.

I have a super announcement for you all today - Dana White is joing the Sweet Sunday team and I know you will all love her.  The cards she makes are always so sweet and I'm very excited to see what she whips up each week!

I'm giving my Papertrey button flowers a little love today - awww...  I paired them up with some Togetherness papers and buttons from Cosmo Cricket.  No Copics today - what is the world coming to??

stamps: blooming button bits (papertrey ink)
paper: kraft, ruby red, choice buttercream cardstock, togetherness (cosmo cricket)
ink: memento tuxedo black, garden green
accessories: oval/scallops nestabilities (spellbinders), togetherness buttons (cosmo cricket), vanilla grosgrain ribbon

    Fabulous sketch as always and your card is adorable! I especially love the added touch of the piece of twine tied around the ribbon - such a nice touch!

    Karen, those flowers are so sweet! And I LOVE the twine bow...I've never thought of doing that...must tuck that idea away for future use.
