I've had som problems with my camera so I'm a bit late with posting my DT card for The Paper Shelter this week.

But here goes, an altered box with this gorgeous flower image. It's colored with copics.

Det har vært så travelt den siste uken at jeg måtte finne på en rask løsning for å få til et kort til ukens utfordring hos The Paper Shelter. Heldigvis for meg så var temaet "Anything goes" så da var det jo fritt frem. 

Ettersom The Paper Shelter også lager digitale mønsterark så benyttet jeg meg av ett av disse til kortet mitt denne gangen. 

Nydelige roser rundt en flott ramme hvor jeg stemplet dette flotte tekst stempelet fra Stempelglede om vennskap :)

Wednesday again, and theres a brand new challenge for us at The Paper Shelter challenges. This week the theme is christimas. 

I´ve used this cute image called Snow Angel. And she is colored with copic markers. 

I´m not really sure about the papers but I think its Bo Bunny.

Just a quick post as I'm rushing off to get kids to school and myself to work :)

This week at The Paper Shelter challenges the theme is to make a easel

christmas card. 

I've used this new christmas image called Christmas Elf. I've colored it with distress ink refills.

DT The Paper Shelter ♥ "Anything goes"

Christmas is sneaking up on us this year too - what better way to start the preparations then by making some christmas cards :)

And The Paper Shelter has already made up some wonderful images to use :)

I've used this lovely couple called christmas carols. 

I've colored the image with distress ink refills and markers. Before I colored I printed the image on to my aquarelpaper and embossed it with ultra fine blank embossing powder so that the lines wouldn't get greasy when I used the water colors. I haven't used my copics for such a long time that I really struggeled when I tried to color this image. But I think it turned out quite well with distress inks too :)
The colors used to paint the image is weathered wood, walnut stain, black soot, vintage photo, tattered rose.

The papers are Maja design (last years christmas collection). Sentiment from Stempelglede.

DT The Paper Shelter : Tag it

Wow, the weeks just keep passing by too fast for me....the autumn is here - lots of rain and windy....Perfect weather to scrap.

I have been sick lately and not feeling so well, so I had to make up my card this time in a hurry, and didn't have time to colour an image. But not a problem, you know when you buy a digi stamp from The Paper Shelter you always get a colored version of the image too :)

So I've used one precolored image on my card today ♥

This week we want you to use a tag somewhere on your card for the challenge.

The image I've used is called The Happy Couple.

DT The Paper Shelter challenges - Metal embellishment

This week we want you to use some metal embellishments on your creations over at The Paper Shelter challenges. 

I´ve used this cute apple charm and a Tim Holtz paper clips as my metal embellishment on this card with this adorable image called Learning is fun. 

The image is colored with copies and I´ve tried to make a background with blue sky and clouds based on this great tutorial from Sara. Not happy with it at all - have to practice more ;)

The hair is also colored after a tutorial from Sara - you can find it here. I´m a lot more pleased with how that turned out :)

DT Paper Shelter Challenge

Oi, skal si ukene flyr.....4 uker side jeg ga lyd fra meg her sist :) Vel det er liv her, men flytting til nytt hus, oppussing av det gamle, og komme i orden i nytt tar tid og ikke minst krefter.....Hobby har liksom ikke vært første pri....

Men har klart å få ferdig et kort til denne ukens utfordring hos The Paper Shelter, hvor vi vil se dies eller puncher på kortet.

Jeg har brukt dette nydelige motivet som heter Spring breeze. Det er fargelagt med copic sketcher.

Det er en ny utfordring hos The Paper Shelter challenge. Denne uken vil vi se bursdagskort med tekst. 

Og idag er det jo 17. Mai - så 

Gratulerer med dagen alle sammen.
