Today I made a card requested by someone 
who often asks me
to make her a card.....

and it is usually one "Out of the Box"

Which I love, because we can all buy cards
but they can never beat
a custom made card!

All you need is your imagination and good supplies!

And I already have the best stamps and dies
from My Creative Time!!!

She wanted a card for her dad
with a guitar and a banner......
but I didn't have a guitar die!!!!!!!!!!

Soooooo why not make one myself...so much fun

So this is what I made and I love it💓

Supplies I used

Reindeer Lollipop holder die (revised) 
(to make the body for the guitar
and for the tuners of the guitar I used the antlers)
Bunch of Fun Circle Dies 

Another Date night  (the heart)

Heart label dies 

Printed music sheet paper with a Dutch birthday song :)

And a store bought banner because I love them so much

I have a shortage of birthdaycards and was glad I got to make this one!

Our friends little girl has turned 3 and so I could sent her this card!

I am so happy with Emma's lollipop holder dies 
because they are so versatile. 

You can use it in so many ways!
 I chose to put just the bunny's head on the card and made her all girlie girlie, because when you are 3 you are all girlie girlie right?

Vandaag doe ik mee met You Can Create It

Je ontvangt een "geheime materialen" envelop

Het is aan jou wat je met de inhoud van de envelop doet of het nu een kaart, verpakking een layout is het maakt niet uit!
Je moet wel proberen zoveel mogelijk materialen uit de envelop te gebruiken.

 

Ik kreeg 3 banners, een stukje perkament, een sliertje lovertjes en een wit lintje.

 

In de banners zag ik meteen poesjes en daarom heb ik deze gemaakt!

Alleen het witte lintje heb ik niet gebruikt.

Het achtergrond DSP is van Stampin Up en deze heb ik gekozen omdat daar de kleurtjes van de banners in zaten.

Daarnaast heb ik een stempel van You had Me At Meow gebruikt van My Creative Time!

Hi everyone, have ended my first working week after 3 wonderful weeks in Italy! I am glad I can make cards again, I have missed that! Lucky for me there are a lot of birthdays coming up, so I can make those!
Tomorrow is a good friend/colleques birthday and she is having a BBQ due to the beautiful weather over here.
So that calles for an ICECREAM card!

I made an Easelcard, I love those, they are so effective!
I have used my favorite dies from My Creative Time! She makes the most amazing dies and stamps (and just released a new set, so don't forget to check).

Ofcourse I had to make a face on the icecream with my Peachy Keen stamps!
I have used new stamps from Marianne Design "Eline's words" they are mostly Dutch and I love them.

I love how this card has turned out!

Ik heb vandaag een easelkaart gemaakt, voor een lieve collega/vriendin. Ze is morgen jarig en viert het lekker met een BBQ. En omdat het zulk lekker weer is, moest ik natuurlijk een toepasselijke verjaardagskaart maken! Een ijskaartje! Met de geweldige dies van My Creative Time lukt het altijd! (Ze heeft net weer een nieuwe release gehad, dus ga gauw kijken. Natuurlijk moest ik ook een Peachy Keen gezichtje erop maken.
Ik heb ook nog een nieuwe stempel gebruikt, van Marianne Design "Eline's Words" zo'n leuke stempelset!!!

Fun birthdaycard/Leuke verjaardagskaart

Hi, yesterday I got a request for a favor by my BFF in the USA, she asked me to make her eldest daughter a birthdaycard for her best friend! Who has her birthday on St. Patrickday and is also really fond of Pandabears! This was really a challenge for me because I have never made a card with a panda before!

So I got to my Sponsors site and bought these amazing pandabears!!! They are supercute and adjustable to any size!

I saw this Panda right away with his paws open and I thought...mmm he could hold a banner! So I used this cute banner, also adjustable to any size, from Loelaloep.
I made them really small and then I connected them with sewingthread. The ends I ran through the paws of the panda(so sorry Mr. Panda) and I made little bows with a fork! Another trick I learned on the internet! So clever!!

I try to use as much green as I could, being St. Patricksday, but it is also a girl, so I introduced some pink as well! I am not sure if you can tell, but behind the panda is the four-leaf clover made out of 4 hearts. And I put on a little hat to make it a birthdaycard! I really enjoyed making this, although it took me quiet some time!

Ik kreeg een verzoekje van mijn vriendin uit Amerika, om een verjaardagskaart te maken voor het vriendinnetje van haar oudste dochter,die jarig is op St. Patricksday en gek is op panda's!! Dat vond ik een leuke uitdaging want ik heb nog nooit een kaart gemaakt met pandabeertjes! Ik vond gelukkig een hele schattige bij mijn sponsor! En ze zijn zo goedkoop daar! Toen ik deze panda zag, dacht ik meteen, omdat ie zijn pootjes zo open houdt, die kan een slinger vast houden!
Ik had al een hele leuke slinger van Loelaloep die je zo klein kan maken als je wilt! Heel handig voor kaarten zoals deze. Ik heb de kaart zo groen mogelijk proberen te houden voor St. Patricksday maar ik moest er ook iets roze bij doen, omdat het voor een meisje is! De slinger heb ik geregen met naaigaren en door de pootjes van de panda bevestigd (sorry meneer Panda) vervolgens heb ik twee poepig kleine strikjes gemaakt met behulp van een vork (lang leve internet.) Achter de panda is een groot klavertje 4 gemaakt van 4 hartjes! Ik vind hem zo leuk geworden, maar het was wel heel veel werk!
