If we back in 1975, the 16-year-old Michael Woodmansee took the life of John Foreman’s five-year-old son Jason. Jason Foreman was considered “missing” until 1982 when Michael Woodmansee attempted to snatch another young boy. The boy escaped and the police began to question Michael Woodmansee and was found to be responsible for Jason Foreman disappearance and death.
Michael Woodmansee was given a 40-year sentence, but now Michael Woodmansee will be released twelve years earlier than previously planned. News that very much upset the Foreman family. Foreman says if Michael Woodmansee is let out of prison that he will kill him “as aggressively and as painfully” as he killed his son. Saying, point blank, that “I do intend, if this man is released anywhere in my vicinity, or if I can find him after the fact, I do intend to kill this man,” Foreman said in a radio interview.
