Like white houses my second obsession would be white kitchens with lots of overhead cupboards to display beautiful crockery. I'm amazed how many people have beautiful dinnerware and rarely use the pieces. I recently bought a pink cup and saucer from royal Albert and was told on purchasing the item that they would give me a 2 year warranty against any breakages i.e if you chip it, break it, they will replace the item free of charge. As a shop owner I was shocked that the offer stood for two years, her response was, they want customers to use there beautiful pieces and that if porcelain is not used over time it will weaken and possibly crack from no use, so the message girls use it and enjoy, display so you don't forget you own such special pieces and fingers crossed it doesn't break :)
