tree

Good Morning Everyone,
well, I'm finally starting to feel a little bit better! It's another quick card from me today. I still have so much to do before Christmas, I'm just not organised at all this year.
Emma's nativity play was fabulous yesterday. I really enjoyed it. They did 'Around the World to Bethlehem' and Emma played a Brazilian Dancer!

I found this Forever Friends stamp at the back of a drawer, totally unloved so I thought I'd give it a go! I've coloured him with my promarkers and added a bit of red ribbon.
I added the sentiment stamp and then wished I hadn't! I'm not quite sure it looks right....too late now!lol

I's like to enter the following challenges:-
Stamping Sensations - Tree Mendous
Make it Monday - Linky Party
Love to Create - Anything Goes
Cupcake Craft - Merry Christmas
Passion for Promarkers - Happy
Reddy Teddy Go - Clean and Simple
Crafts and Me - No Blue s Allowed

Thanks for visiting me today and for all your lovely comments and encouragement. I really appreciate them.

Forever friends Christmas

Hello Everyone,
I hope you're all having a good weekend.  We took the children to the seaside for the day yesterday, and had a lovely day, ice cream on the beach, fish and chips for tea. Then today I have got sand all over my kitchen floor - it gets everywhere!
I can't believe it's the Olympic Closing Ceremony tonight - it's been a brilliant 2 weeks, I've really enjoyed watching all the sports. What a fantastic 'Team GB' we've got!
Anyway today's card is using a stamp from Forever Friends that I got in a kit years ago. I've also tried something new, I've had a go at paper piecing, and used the background paper for the present.
He's coloured with promarkers and I've added glitter and gems on his hat. The background paper and the lace die are both from Magnolia.
The Poinsettia is a Marianne Creatable die and all the holy leaves are from a Cheery Lynn die.
I've finished off with a couple of LOTV tag stamps and some ribbon from my stash.

I'd like to enter the following challenges:-
My Mums Craft Shop - Christmas in August
ABC Christmas challenge - Paper piecing
Joanna Sheen - Try something New (Paper Piecing)
Reddy Teddy Go - Anything Goes
Forever Friends - Something New (Paper Piecing)

Simon Says Stamp - Bingo (Glitter, Free, Diecut)

Thank you for taking the time to visit me today and for all your lovely comments.
The children want to play Badminton in the garden now!!. . . so I'll be round to visit you all later!
