The card I am sharing is the card I made for my lovely Mum's 80th Birthday back in May

Backing papers - printed from a Dreamees CD

Flowers and leaves - Dreamees stamp, heat embossed on vellum and coloured on the reverse

Number, words and butterflies  - cut on the cameo the number and butterflies were glittered

Fish tails - embossed with a a crafters companion folder.

I chose to do a scalloped circle easel card which I cut on the cameo along with the mats and layers 

the papers are printed from the Dreamees CD. I shrunk the papers down to paper piece the dresses on the image, colouring the rest with markers, sparkle pen (over drinks) and glamour dust (on numbers) neither of which show in the picture, my photography is bad!

Bit late with this post for the new challenge that starts today over at

 I was asked to make a card for a friends Mum to give to her 2 year old great grandson.

I sourced a picture which I printed and cut on the cameo.

The card base lettering and layers were also cut on the cameo.

Happy 60th Birthday

Afternoon lovely crafty friends,

Just a quicky to share a card I made recently for an order.

The number was cut on the cameo, I do love my cameo. The mats were glittered round the edges with glamour dust.The sentiment is from papermania, it is actually one long stamp but I inked up just part of it at a time. Mixture of Dreamees stamps were used for the flowers. They were stamped onto a mix of papers & velum in a mix of inks/embossing powders. The leaves are also a Dreamees stamp on acetate and embossed.

Can't believe it, I've been ill again. 2 different lots of antibiotics since my last post.

Dream Valley Get Shapely!

Good Morning,

It's been 2 weeks since my last post and I must apologise for my lack of commenting. I have had lots going on of late what with health issues and lots of organising with visits from claim assessors. Good news was that I am fully covered but the bad news is the humidifiers have been on for 5 weeks now and they are not coming to check them for another 2 weeks. I'm hoping they will give the thumbs up then so that I can get straight for Christmas.

I used my cameo to cut a card base for a card I had ordered for a friends Auntie who has just celebrated her 100th Birthday.

I then cut the layers on the cameo in papers printed from a Dreamees CD which I then faux stitched round using a fine liner. Decoration was the added using flowers and leaves stamped from a Dreamees stamp set and a computer generated sentiment.

I thought I would share this card I made for a friends Birthday recently.

Image- printed from Serif

Paper- embossed velum using CC folder

Mat- paper pricked using CE ruler

Sentiment - computer generated

Flowers - HC stamp heat embossed on velum

Leaves - HC stamp and die

viva pearls and gems for that finishing touch

 

Well that was a task and half. Just wrote this post on my phone whilst at lunch. Will correct anything that is not right when I get on my laptop. Glad I did it though.

I don't really have a favourite colour combo but am liking yellow & grey together at the moment

I used markers, chalks, glossy accents & glitter to colour in this image from Stamping Bella.

The papers are from My Minds Eye-In Bloom a fave of mine at the mo. 

The sentiment was computer generated and the number was cut on the silhouette.
