So friday night I had the pleasure of putting Wyatt to bed all by ourselves (meaning just him and I)! Monte had taken Lissy and JR out, we were supposed to go to the football game, I made sure JR had a nap to ensure he would not be a wreck staying up late for it, but Monte could not come home early for the JV game and then decided against going to Varsity because our friends whom we usually sit with left. So he took them out for ice cream and a trip to Target (woohoo), and I stayed home to clean up a bit, (cause my home was certainly lacking in that dept this week) and have baby go nigh night. We ended up playing on the floor together while I'll also folded clothes, it was so fun, he had a nice peaceful bath all to himself, dressed him, fed him his bottle in the rocking chair without having to 'yell' at anyone else to brush teeth or stop running around naked. I sang to him and continued rocking and he fell asleep in my arms! Yes Love it! thank you! Wow to only have one child again, amazing the change of perspective! Its not that I only want one child, but just to have that quality time with each child. Love this sweet boy, glad we could have this sweet moment.
