Coin Envelope for Quotes from Shanna

Hello to all you amazing crafters out there.

Well I got this 1-2-3 Punch Board and thought I would have some fun. I played around trying to make envelopes until I figured it out (took me 3 tries). I decided then to make a envelope to go into my planner for quotes.

I had tons of fun just layering and inking the edges on the paper, keeping it simple, and clean.
I took scraps from the Junque Gypsy line and glued them down on the envelope base.

I added some glitter stickers from my sticker bin to give it the title of "quotes" and then finished on the envelope with brads and jute string. However I think here a magnetic closure or velcro could also work.

Next step is to write tons of quotes down and stick them in for next year so I can read a quote a day or a quote a week like a "Motivational" idea.

I so hope your inspired to create your on envelope for goodies!

Until next time thank you for stopping by and keep coming back for more inspiration!

Sweet Life Planner Inserts

Happy Saturday everyone!  I wanted to share my current week on the new Sweet Life line!  I fell in love with this entire line as soon as I saw the macarons!

This was the last week of Summer break for my kids and we had a lot to do!  Although these inserts are daily inserts, I decided to use two sheets to keep all my to do's, schedule and notes for the week, all in one place.

I found this to be the perfect format not only for a busy week like mine, but also for planning a special event, like a birthday party or an upcoming project.  There's plenty of space and various boxes to keep all of your info and planning on a two page spread

I used both of Marion's planner stamp sets on my layout.  There's so many icons to choose from, it's all you really need to create your layout.  Thanks for looking and have a great weekend!

Annie From the Planner Team

Hi everyone, it's Annie here! I wanted to share with you all how I've been using my amazing Heart of Gold planner.

Pockets are always a must for me, why? Because I LOVE to stock em full of cute goodies! When I stuff the pockets of my planners, it brings me joy every time I open up my planner. I usually stock the pockets with my favorite stamp set at the moment, note pads, stickers, and super cute clips. But do whatever works for YOU, stuff your pockets with what will be useful for you! There's no wrong way of doing this. So have fun with it!

Here's how I've used the weekly inserts in the planner. I used a roller date stamp to mark the dates on the inserts, from there I used stickers to help mark things down. For the tracking section, I used it for water, medicine, and vitamins. (:

And here's how I used this adorable floral sheet! I used the morning, afternoon, and evening section for crucial to-dos. I mostly use this sheet for list making or to-dos, the top section was used for my social media work. The great thing about this sheet is that it's completely customizable, you can use each section for whatever works for you. I used some embellishments to add some flair to the insert too.

I hope you'll all enjoy how I've been using this planner! The great thing about the inserts of the heart of gold planner is that most of the sheets already have a cute design. It's great for those who don't enjoy too many embellishments or decorating!

Have a wonderful week and I'll be back!
Xoxo

Florence from the Planner Team

Happy weekend everyone!!
I am currently in the middle of the biggest move and making time for myself, crafting, my personal life, fitness, and packing is quite overwhelming. I use planning as a stress reliever outlet. When I sit down and get into my mode it's totally relaxing and everything just seems to come together easily.
Sometimes my style is very detailed with a side of scrappy. I try my best to utilize my stash. I am more of a sticker person versus stamp, but next time I'll try my best to incorporate stamps in my decor :) let's try and step out of our bubble sometime this new month and try something different shall we? I hope you have a fun and safe 4th of July it's one of my favorite holidays. Who doesn't like great company, good eats, and fireworks?

Until next time,
Florence Antonette

Theresa from the Creative Planner Team

Happy Saturday!   My name is Theresa Doan.  Some of you may know me as @mydocumentedlife on Instagram.   For as long as I can remember, I've always used some type of a paper planner, keeping it simple and just jotting important dates down.  It wasn't until this year that I started creative planning.  But as a mother of 3, I may not always have the time to do as much decorating in my planner as I would love.   One of my favorite things about all of Marion's planner pages is that they are so beautifully designed.  There's already so much color and a gorgeous floral print, that even when I need to keep it simple, my pages look so pretty!

I love the pastel colors on the weekly pages.  The non dated pages allow you to setup the week however it may work for you.  Although most people use Monday through Sunday, but this gives you the freedom to use any format.

I used Marion's silver date seals to mark each new appointment or tasks and used a few cute panda stickers.

On my next blog post, I'll be sharing how I use the daily pages as an exercise and meal tracker!

Florence from the Creative Planner Team

Happy Saturday everyone! Florence here from the Creative Planner team and I wanted to introduce myself along with show you goodies inside my planner pockets and an unboxing video.

A little about me: I am known as @livelifeandcreate on Instagram. I showcase planner decor and any sort of creative paper crafting ideas. I started getting into planning about a year and a half ago and never thought I would make a difference to thousands of people. It's mind blowing at times to think how huge the planner community is. Some people may see it as not a big deal- but it's a hobby that has boomed.

As many people have gone digital, there are others who still document their days pen to paper. These days ladies (and maybe some gents too) turn their weeks into works of art with embellishments. The essentials of a planner addict:
- Washi Tape
- Sticky notes
- Stickers
- Page flags
- Note Pads
- Pens
- Stamps & Ink
- Paper Clips

Everyone is individually unique which I love about this community. As we further into the month I hope to show you more of how I stay organized in my heart of gold planner- which is gorgeous by the way. I hope you enjoy the creative team unboxing video as well as my pocket eye candy.

Gypsy Planner by Marion Smith Designs

Hi everyone.

Just wanted to pop in and share this video with everyone from CHA 2015 via Noel Hyman of Paperclipping Roundtable. By now I'm sure you've seen the new Gypsy Planner but I wanted to share with you the reasons why I love it.

As a planner person, I have my fair share of paper planners, ring bound planner, spiral, and wire bound planners. I even have a section of my craftroom dedicated to planners with stickers, stamps, tags, and the like all dedicated to my planner.

1) One of the reasons I love the new Gypsy Planner is because a lot of the decoration is already done for me. The Gypsy Planner has pre-designed pages that are customizable and undated. This is great for those of us who tend to plan quite a bit during the week but not too much on the weekends.

2) Another reason that I love this decorated planner is because sometimes I don't have the time during my week or on weekends to actually get out my washi tape, stamps, and other embellishments. I am currently in graduate school, teaching full time, working toward my professional counseling certification, and trying to get pregnant. Busy bee I know. With all of this going on that doesn't leave much time for crafty things and when I do get a bit of free time I usually devote that to my scrapbook project, project life, and design team projects. This decorated planner still gives me the planner decor that I love but in a much easier format.

3) Print and play. That's it!!! I can do that anywhere between classes, while waiting for my students to finish an assignment, while studying, etc. In those few stolen moments I can actually work on planning rather than decorating.

I will have many more blog posts coming soon showing the planner. Hopefully you all will join me on my planner pursuits.

Happy Wednesday.

Angela
