 I just received this from a friend. The British sinking to holocaust denial in their school curriculum is a good example of the kind of change Obama was talking about.

It is NOT removed as yet.. However, this is a frightening portion of the fear that is gripping the world and how easily each country is giving into it. It is now more than 60 years after the Second World War in   Europe ended. This e-mail is being sent as a memorial chain, in memory of the 6 million Jews, 20 million Russians, 10 million Christians, and 1,900 Catholic priests Who were 'murdered, raped, burned, starved, beat, experimented on and humiliated' while the German people looked the other way! Now, more than ever, with   Iran , among others, claiming the Holocaust to be a myth, it is imperative to make sure the world never forgets. [ This e-mail is intended to reach 400 million people! Be a link in the memorial chain and help distribute this around the world. How many years will it be before the attack on the   World   Trade   Center   'NEVER HAPPENED'     because it offends some Muslim in the U.S. ??? Do not just delete this message; it will take only a minute to pass this along.  FREEDOM ISN'T FREE...SOMEONE HAD TO PAY FOR IT   History provides a very valuable record of who we are and what we stand for!!!!!!!!

Ron Paul and Barack Obama Neck and Neck

Despite the  legacy media's pro-Barack Obama and -Mitt Romney bias, and its exclusion of Ron Paul, Rasmussen reports that if an election were held today Paul would poll 37% to Obama's 41% (h/t Mike Marnell).  Several other Republicans also poll close to Obama, but the only one who currently beats him is Romney (43% Romney versus 42% Obama).  Chris Christie does almost as well as Paul (37% Christie to 44% Obama).  Former New Mexico governor Gary Johnson is not included in the Rasmussen poll.

It is not surprising that the legacy media excludes a viable candidate like Paul from coverage because (a) announcers like Bill O'Reilly and Sean Hannity are ignorant knuckleheads who do not know why Paul opposes the Fed and (b) Paul's opposition to the Fed's existence would harm O'Reilly's, Hannity's, Chris Matthew's employers, who benefit from the Fed at public expense. 

In addition, Rasmussen notes in its daily presidential tracking poll that Obama's numbers are weaker than ever despite the legacy media's incessant advocacy in his favor. Rasmussen writes:

For the first time since March, Strong Disapproval of the president has been at 40% or above for seven straight days. On Saturday, consumer confidence fell again, reaching another new two-year low. Investor confidence also fell to the lowest level since December 2009.  Most voters fear that any deal on the debt ceiling debate will raise taxes too much and cut spending too little.  As the negotiations continue, most also are unhappy with both the Republicans and the Democrats in Washington.

Astonishingly, Romney does and Paul does not defeat Obama in a hypothetical race. It remains a puzzle to me why the American public, which has, for the past 40 years, seen the worst economic performance in the nation's history, continues to vote for Republicrat Progressives like Obama and Romney, who have been sucking them dry financially.  Americans are voting for their own economic demise. Paul would shake things up and make life miserable for crony socialists who have been extracting wealth from the public for decades in the name of helping the little guy, starting with George Soros and his fellow thieves on Wall and Broad.

Meshugana Jews Voted For Obama

In the recent past, Jews have been saddled with the holocaust, oppression in the Soviet Union and the dhimmi, embodied in the jizya tax, in many Islamic countries. Now that some have their own country, Israel, and others live in America, they are free from tyranny.  Ironically, though, given American freedom, many if not most American Jews  have supported reinstatement of the socialism that murdered them in Germany and the Soviet Union and from which they fled.  The self-destructive support for "progressivism"  is a martyr wish. The Jews' martyrdom is a biblical theme:  the Jews sin, suffer penalties like the breaking of the tablets by Moses, and then are redeemed through suffering like the Babylonian captivity.  

In voting for Obama 77 percent of American Jews aimed to induce a biblical cycle.  The Jews' favored candidate, whether through incompetence or intent, is about to destabilize the Middle East and pose a serious threat to Israel's existence.   In a recent letter David Horowitz writes:

The situation on the streets of Cairo is confusing, but so too is the message coming out of the Obama White House. The White House appears to be leaving Hosni Mubarak, an ally for three decades and lynchpin of Mideast stability, twisting slowly in the wind. And worse, it appears to be open to allowing the Muslim Brotherhood play a key role in a "reformed" Egyptian government, as long as the organization renounces violence and supports democracy... If the Obama White House really believes this is possible, it is even more hopelessly incompetent than we imagined...In suggesting that the Muslim Brotherhood can be a democratic partner in Egypt, the Obama White House has outdone even the Carter administration's destabilization of the Shah of Iran in 1979 and its welcoming of the theocratic fascist Khoumeni as a "saint."...From the Bolshevik Revolution, through Mao and the Ayatollah Khoumeni, the left has always seen figures who turned out to be monsters as "reformers."
 

There were probably some Jews who supported Hitler in 1932, before he got to power. The effects on Israel of the Obama administration's actions could turn out worse than I thought likely in 2008 (but not worse than I feared).  His meshugana Jewish supporters bear responsibility for the threat that Muslim Brotherhood now poses to the Jews.

If You Are Profiting from Wall Street's Current Merger Boom, Then the US Government Works for You

The Democrats claim to be the party of the poor, but if you have been following my blog you know that is pap.  Since November 2008 the economy has done poorly for the average American.  According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, unemployment is 9.6 percent. Americans on Social Security saw no increase but local taxes increased, leaving them short.  Inflation, at 1.1 percent, has been modest, but people are beginning to suspect inaccuracies in the BLS numbers.  I hear complaints about food prices' going up.  In any case, there is no reason to think that anything will reduce the unemployment rate in the near future.

Thus, the stimulus and the bailout have failed to produce significant results.  This is not surprising. Keynesian policies failed during the Great Depression as well.  Pundits assert that as a result of the recent failure of the Bush-Obama policies (failure on paper, not in their intent, which is to help Wall Street, not to reduce unemployment), Larry Summers and Rahm Emanuel have handed in their resignations.

One of the Bush-Obama strategies has been to massively expand the monetary base and the money supply.   The argument for this policy is monetarist, and the monetarists don't differ much from Keynesians. Both believe that printing money can beneficially stabilize the economy.  Neither accedes that the new money is a wealth transfer device to Wall Street.

Forbes reports that the wealthiest Americans have gotten wealthier this year.  The wealthiest among them are Warren Buffett and Bill Gates, both of whom are Democrats.  According to the Los Angeles Times mergers and acquisitions are at an all time high.  A guest on Bloomberg radio today was saying that Wall Street has never had a better year.  Although this is never stated in the Wall Street-controlled media, Wall Street's economic flourishing depends entirely on the Federal Reserve Bank. It is not attributable to free markets and it is not capitalist.

The Wall Street investment banks and law firms are profiting handsomely due to the Fed's monetary creation and the Bush-Obama administration. The merger activity is directly due to the administration's new money.  It has had no hand in reducing unemployment, in improving the economy or making the public better off.  Rather, it serves to harm the economy by reducing competition and paying commissions to bankers and Wall Street lawyers for destroying rather than creating wealth.

If you have seen a commission check or have a salary that depends on the recent expansion of merger activity, the US government is working for you.  If not, you are its patsy.

Priorities?

These young men we not fooled by the shallow show of support, or the poor understanding of leadership shown by Mr. Obama. What he did was a serious insult, and they got the message loud and clear. The better question is whether Mr. Obama got their message or not.
