Quince Semanas 2018, Semana 7.-Tarjeta Escalera

Hola!!!!

Hay tarjetas que son pura técnica y otras que son perfectas para lucir la decoración. 

La tarjeta de hoy es del segundo tipo.

Es una tarjeta escalera: muy fácil de hacer, pero que resulta en un display lindisimo para la decoración que se elija.

Las medidas de la tarjeta son bien fáciles -yo las adapté a pulgadas a partir del molde que encontré en este blog, e hice mi propio archivo de corte-: 

Rectángulo de 12x5, con líneas de doblez por el lado más largo en 

3, 6, 8, 10 y 11. 

Y eso es todo!!!!

Para la decoración de mi tarjeta, elegí unos lindos cascabeles en técnica de paper piecing

Quince Semanas 2018, Semana 6.-Tarjeta Punta de Flecha

Hola!!!

La semana 6 viene con una tarjeta muy fácil, que lo que tiene es un lindo doblez en forma de flecha en la parte frontal.

Ese doblez es suficiente para darle un look totalmente diferente a la tarjeta y permite que se sostenga sola, lo que la hace más atractiva.

La información para hacer mi propio archivo de corte para esta tarjeta, la tome de este blog.

Así queda el interior de la tarjeta 

Y para esta vez, utilicé una figurita en la técnica de paper piecing para la decoración.

ScrappyDew.-The Big 40´s

Last Tuesday, my little brother reached "The Big 40´s"

Thinking in what he likes the most, I have to made a tennis player card.

My model was Rafael Nadal, his favorite tennis player.

Iit also has to be a big headed doll 

-when we were young we always make jokes abouth my brother head lol-

So, I used the Scrap Factory and the Little Big Heads Expansion Pack, plus the tennis racket from the Sports Expansion Pack

And this is my big headed Rafa Nadal card

Digi Choosday Challenges.-Use punches or die cuts.

I´m not a punches or die cuts good buyer. 

I have a cutting machine (my beloved Cameo), so why do I have to spend a lot of money in just one punch or die cut, if I can get a lot of cutting files for the same price....???

So I will show you that in this challenge.

I´m in my Christmas in July mood (I love Christmas and any excuse is good enough to start Christmas crafting lol). So for my make, I used one of my favorite Polkadoodles collection:

Picknix 2 Gingerbread Twist

When you buy this collection, besides the gorgeous papers, digis, embellies, sentiments, etc, you also get 32 beautiful cutting files. By this price you hardly can buy just a single punch.

I also used cutting files from the gorgeous:

Eden Collection

Again, besides the stunning papers, the beautiful digis and precoloured images, embellies, flowers, ephimera, frames, tags, sentiments, etc, you also got 15 cutting files (4 of them are gorgeous flourishes). By that price you can hardly buy one die cut.

So... that´s the reason why I love cutting files.

In my card, Nativity, angels and snowflake doily are cutting files from Picknix 2.-Gingerbread Twist (as well as papers and sentiment) and flourishes are from Eden Collection.

I cut the base flourishes and the Nativity in vinyl.

ScrappyDew´s collections

I don´t know why but some weeks are longer than other.
