Sending you "Beary" good wishes

Hi Everyone!

Hope you all enjoyed a fabulous weekend. We had a three day and had such a great time. At the end of last week we were able to get away and go down south to Lego land for a couple days and then over the weekend the Hubs planned a wonderful evening for us while my youngest had a sleepover. It was fantastic!!
Today, I'm sharing a little treat holder. Actually it's not that little, it's really a good size. It would probably hold a small candle. Peachy keen stamps is having a 3D challenge Create a 3D object of your choice using bears. The 3D object can be anything, as long as bears are included somewhere on the project.

Last week I created a bear using my gypsy and this is the same bear with a different shape for her face - details can be found HERE. I also came across Frosted Designs - Fabulous Friday Challenge Give a Gift and thought it was a great opportunity to give a little gift.
Sweet PKS - 440 Cute and Cuddly Face Assortment
The box is a gable style box but I chose not to cut out the top so it kind of resembles a milk carton. The directions can be found HERE
The inside is filled with yummy peanut butter chocolate :)

Let it Snow!

Hi Everyone!

Well I thought I would make one last Holiday card.  I actually made a ton of these wreaths and used them for decoration on Christmas gifts. When I stopped to figure it out I think I cut over 800 of these branches.  I searched and searched for the MS branch punch and everyone said it was being discontinued.  Then a friend of mine at Joanns (it's good to make friends in the store:) told me they were on order and to place my name on the to be notified list online. Well it turned out I did get notified and ordered it and received it the week before Christmas. Yay, I LOVE it!
There are some really inspiring challenges, so I just had to participate in a few.

Go Fish Challenge - White on White
The Cuttlebug Spot - Winter Time use texture (my texture is embossed paper and the branch punch)
Made Especially For You - Technique Week(machine embossing) My background is embossed with the cuttlebug

Card - 4.5" x 4.5"
Paper - DCWV
Martha Stewart Branch Punch
Ribbon - Celebrate it
Dry Embossed - Cuttlebug seeing spots

Merry Christmas!

Hi Everyone!

I have another quick and cute Christmas card to show you all today. I used the Wrap it Up Cricut cartridge to cut the poinsettia and curled the edges just a bit. I'm a bit crazy for these ribbons at the moment, they are just so easy to make and look so pretty. This is definitely a card you could make many of for the Holiday's, it's pretty simple.  I am entering it in Karen's Challenge - Copy Cat Friday, the theme this week is Holiday.  Also entering it in Frosted Designs - Use a die cut & Reasonable Ribbon CAS Christmas and Ribbon.

Card - 4.25" x 5.5"
Cartridge - Wrap it Up Cricut cartridge
Paper - Poptone and DCWV
Dry Embossed - Cuttlebug seeing spots
Glitter glue

I hope you enjoy and have a great day!

Happy Birthday - Day 4 Masculine Card

Hi Everyone,

Here is Day 4 of Masculine Cards.  I think this one is my favorite, and as a HUGE bonus I'm so excited I can enter it in 2 challenges. I love it when it works out that way!  I just love banners!  I especially love the banners on Birthday Bash, but that cart. is on my (very long) wish list.  So I was looking through all of my carts and found something I could use on the sports mania cartridge.  I thinks it worked out great.  Again, this is a super simple card. The sentiment is printed from my computer. I am entering this in:
FROSTED DESIGN - Banners
PAPER CUTZ - Any theme, any color
Hope you enjoy!

Enjoy the Journey

Hi Everyone!

Today is just a GORGEOUS day. Still chilly but the sun is shining! My youngest has baseball pictures today and then we are going to breakfast! It should be a fabulous day!
After viewing all of your blogs and seeing so many AWESOME projects one thing I've learned is that there are SOOO many challenges.  I have come across two new ones that I would like to enter.
PAPER CUTZ - Challenge #80 Make a project for spring using any colors.
FROSTED DESIGNS - Use metal on your project

I made this card using the kite from the Create a Critter cartridge and I just love how it came out. I layered the kite and added pop dots in between the layers.  I added the metal piece "enjoy the journey" and some fibers. I also clear embossed the kite string. Super simple, just the way I like it! I hope you all have a great day!
