It has been two years since I lasted wrote a blog post. I have thought about starting up again several times, but ridiculous insecurities stopped me each time. I know it looks ridiculous to start up again after all this time, and quite frankly playing catch up for this amount of time will be difficult, incomplete and somewhat uninteresting for others. I am doing this for myself and for my kids. The only form of journaling I have done as an adult was in this blog. This means that 2 years of life have gone by undocumented for my kids. That's disappointing and unfair for them.
So here I am, and it's time to catch up.
