All the talk about Ecuador only qualifying because of high altitude seems to be turning on its head. They look pretty solid and confident, and so far the better of the two teams.

Ecuador are in disarray - players moaning non-stop in the build up to the tournament. Away from Quito, I can't see them troubling Poland tonight, although the Poles will have to work on it. Disappointing to see Poland move away from 4-4-2 to go 4-5-1 though.

Ecuador are not good at playing away from home, or in altitudes less than 9000 feet. I expect Ecuador to be extremely defensive and play for a draw. An early goal would be the best way to open up the game as a loss for either team will signal an end to their world cup dreams.
