And today I am eight for eight :) I am doing the little happy dance Mrs. Miles.

Today is a quick thank you card. I wanted to try a curved corner design, I though it worked well with this simple card. This designer paper has a lot of bronze coloured foil that you can see a glimmer of in the upper right hand corner.

Supplies: Cream and brown cardstock, Designer Paper-s.e.i- Charlemagne, Inkadinkado-Thank you, Offray brown ribbon, Pink Pebbles - brown candy dots.

I sat down last night for a short time to play with my crafts last night. I watched a video on using Peel-offs, adhesive tape and glitter. It looked fun and maybe a little tricky but I wanted to try... I have glitter EVERYWHERE, I apparently am not qualified to make this particulate task work for me. Thank goodness for my glitter cloth. I will take a picture of the result over the next day or so.

This card was a simple thank you for a wonderful, beautiful handcrafted gift. Thank you Judy and Barry.

Supplies: cream, brown and olive cardstock, Designer paper-Scrapbook Walls-Garden Flower Pots, Inkadinkado-thank you, Hero Arts-Scroll Tree, brown rik-rak ribbon and Stickles.

This card is much lighter then this image depicts, I try to use natural light to take the pictures but we have had a lot of gloomy days lately. I have a new ink pad that I love, well it is not new but new to me, it is a Colorbox Pigment Option Pad. It had all these small pads that can be interchanged. This one had Brown, Moss Green,Copper, Topaz, Cocoa, I dread when it will run out of ink as I have not seen this particular one around. Refils may be an option but so far tis good.

Supplies: Cream and green cardstock, Basic Grey – Wassail Olive branch Designer paper, Inkadinkado-Flourished Fall Tree,Stampin’ Up! Take Three(Thank you), misc green and black gems.

A simple, elegant Thank you card. I made wonderful use of the lovely patterns on the Memory Box Designer papers, why mess with perfection. I stamped the Pussy Willow branch on a extra piece of the Designer paper then used my Spica glitter markers to colour. There is a nice little sparkle that does not show up in the image, I did not have a light gray so I used blue. I don’t mind, I think now I could have used my light gray Tombo then a clear glitter but I like the blue.

Supplies: Cream and blue cardstock, Memory Box – Frond, Rubber Stamp Ave.-Willow branch, Inkadinkado-Thank you, misc-green fuzzy floss, Recollections blue pearls.

I found some very nice nature stamps at the local stamp store this past weekend that I hope to ink up a little this looonngg weekend :) another little wooden dint in my pocket book. Expensive yes, sheer pleasure of playing with my stamps and putting together a card… priceless. Cheesy right, darn toot’en.

Happy hump day,

Cheers,
Nina
