Pond Pampering with Colorado Craft Company

When you find certain stamp companies that you love, and especially specific stamp sets, you will color them and create with them over and over again.  Pond Pampering by Colorado Craft Company is one of those stamp sets for me.

This image was colored in pencils, although I cannot remember which ones.  If I had to guess I would say Prismacolour Premiere Pencils.  I added the large Hello sentiment using a die from an SCT Sampler set and the lattice die cut was made using a Lala Land die.  I also used the Waffle Flower Nesting Postage Dies to cut out the image after it was colored.

I think this is the second time I've colored this image and I love both of the projects!  See you again soon my friends!

Just Because with Colorado Craft Company

I don't know about you, but a sleeping mouse on a mushroom??? Heck yes!  Just take my money already lol.  I can't just walk by (or scroll on by) a sweet stamp set like this one from Colorado Craft Company called Sleeping Mouse.

So I coloured the image with my Caran d'Ache Luminance pencils and added some patterned papers, enamel dots and a sentiment die from an SCT sampler kit.  The ribbon was a last minute added touch and I like it.

I am finishing up this month's projects shortly, but don't worry...there's more to come in February!

Zombies Eat Brains with Artful Angel

Another Zombie ATC to share with you today, using the Artful Angel stamp set called Brains.  I love to make ATCs (Artist Trading Cards) and when I saw this stamp set it kind of fit with a mixed media background.

I coloured the zombie using my Kalour Coloured pencils and created a mixed media background using texture stamps and ink.  She actually turned out pretty cute, lol...for a zombie!

Alright my friends, I am off to create some more fun and make a mess of my recently cleaned crafty space again!

Just a note with CC Designs

I love the Swissies from CC Designs, I always have even when they were Swiss Pixies lol.  So this Sweater Sitter Swissie (sadly, retired) also has my heart.  I coloured her using the patterned paper as inspiration and my coloured pencils, although I'm unsure which ones...I have a few different kinds I use.

I paired her with some dies from my stash as well as the sentiment and bling.

A quick and fun hello card!

Hailey's Puppy with Unity Stamps

This puppy from Unity Stamps steals my heart every time I look at it.  So of course, I had to pull out my coloured pencils (Kalour I think...) and make him the star of the show on a clean and simple card.

I paired him with a simply put sentiment from CC Designs, a piece of ribbon and some enamel dots.  That's it.  The image and the simple sentiment say all that needs to be said, and the white space just adds to the sincerity of it I think.

That's all for today folks, see you again soon!

A List Book with Artful Angel

Are you a list maker?  I totally am.  I will make lists out of anything and everything lol.  I even prefer to plan using lists.  When I saw this Artful Angel Picture Perfect stamp set and the companion stamp set, Picture Perfect Frames, I realized one of them looked just like me!  And what better way to feature myself than to use it to deceorate something I love to do!

I coloured the images using my coloured pencils (athough I couldn't tell you which ones lol) and paired them with some other fun things from my stash such as dies from AALL & Create, Spellbinders and others.  I will use this list book all year long just for fun and then I will be able to look back on it after 2025 and see what I was having fun with!

Everything Better

Hello friends, I am here to share a heartfelt card with you today featuriong the Everything Better digital stamp set from Joy Clair Designs.

I colored this image using my Copic markers, and I also used my Prismacolor Premiere pencils to deepen the shading and to add highlights.  I added some splatters with gold acrylic paint, and layered it over some patterned paper from my stash.  I layered the digital sentiment from the same stamp set on some dimensional adhesive and finished it off with some enamel dots.

Do I ever get tired of digital images? NEVER!  They are so versatile, and also a lot of fun!

Christmas is almost here my friends, please have a great holiday!
