Gofer Christmas Greetings

Who doesn't love an adorable little gopher wishing you a very Sparkly Christmas!!!  I just had to color up this cutie from High Hopes Rubber Stamps newest release Woodsy Christmas.

This is Christmas Gofer that I colored with Copic markers.  After fussy cutting the image I added sparkle with touches of a silver glitter pen, white highlights with a Sakura glaze pen, 3D berries made with white and red pearl pens, snow with Liquid Applique, some fun flock on the hat, and then to finish off the whole image I sprayed it with Shimmer Spritz (sure wish the glitter showed on this photo).

The sentiment is also from High Hopes Rubber stamps and is available here.  A red snowflake cut using an older Memory Box die from my stash finishes off the card front.

Snowy Greetings

Hard to believe but there are only 20 days left before Christmas arrives, and I don't know about you but I am not even close to being prepared.  Somewhere I need to find more time in the days!  I did finally get the chance to color and today's card is the final result.

My card features another adorable image from High Hopes stamps entitled Hope For Peace Snowy that I have colored with Copics.  Lately I have been seeing cards on Pinterest and blogs that show the image with white lines, so after I finished coloring the image, I took a Sakura white glaze pen and traced over all of the black lines - the finished result really gives a different look to the image.  The image was fussy cut, then adhered to the card front along with the sentiment that is a beautiful Tattered Lace die Liquid applique adds detail to the snow around the snowman base, and glitter added to the snowflakes of the sentiment add another element.

The Happiest Time of the Year!!!

Tis the season for those lovely UGLY CHRISTMAS SWEATERS to be dug out from the back of your closet, and to be proudly worn for every one's pleasure.  My card today features this annual event with the use of the Art Impressions Ugly Sweater Stamp set

After coloring the image with my Copic Sketch Markers, I used a Copic Multiliner to draw the lines on the bells back in, then fussy cut the image and mounted it on the inside of the card with an Action Wobbler.  The image is framed with a cut-out made with a Spellbinders die.  An older  Bo Bunny dp is the card front and inside.  The awesome sentiment is included with the image stamp.

"Hole-In-One"

It's Sunday again, and a day of rest or time for ones' self such as trying for the elusive "Hole in One".  Yes, the golfing season has arrived and for today's post for One Crazy Stamper I have used the Golfer Rudy and Funny Golf Saying from High Hopes Rubber Stamps.

I also did something completely different with this card: - paper pieced Rudy's clothes and shoes, which helped to use up some design paper which I have stacks of.
