Happy Everything
Here is a happy little card with happy colors! I used the Sunny Window Cling stamp from Stampendous, the Happy Greetings Sparkles Clear set from Hero Arts and Just Chillin' Girl paper from Making Memories. All of these products can be found at Stamper's Dream.
I used Copic markers to color the image and added some of the flower gems that come with the Hero Arts Happy Greetings Sparkles Clear set. They fit perfectly over the boxes in the stamped image. As a finishing touch, I used the small scallop border punch from EK Success for the bottom edge of the card. I hope this card makes you smile as much as it makes me smile! :) Thanks for stopping by and have a great day! SUPPLIES USED: Stamps- Happy Greetings (Hero Arts), Sunny Window (Stampendous); Ink- Tuxedo Black (Tsukineko); Paper- Just Chillin' Girl (Making Memories), Certainly Celery (SU), glittery pink (Glitter Stack (DCWV); Accessories- Copic markers, border punch (EK Success), white gel pen, ruffle edge ribbon (May Arts); Finished card measures 5.5"x 4.25"

Weekend Sketch Challenge #92
Time for another Weekend Sketch Challenge! This week's sketch is hosted by Sharon, so if you'd like to participate (and we hope you will), head on over to Sharon's blog to see the sketch and add your link when you've created your card. If you upload to SCS, please use the keyword WSC92.
For my card today, I dug deep into my scrap bin and pulled out some OLD Halloween paper from Stampin' Up. I loved this paper when it came out and I think I hoarded it! LOL I thought it would pair well with this brand new set from Our Craft Lounge, Spooky Nights. I thought the background paper mimicked the "eyes" that come in the stamp set. I added some stamped eyes, but they're hiding within the patterned paper! :)
Be sure to see what Beate, Cambria, Jenn, Laurie, Lori, MaryJo and Sharon have created using today's sketch. Thanks for stopping by and have a GREAT day!

Taylored Expressions RELEASE DAY!
The new sets you've seen over the past couple of days are NOW AVAILABLE at Taylored Expressions!
For today's project, I'm using the Chillax set. I thought I'd create an invitation and place card for a Margarita party/Girls Night Out. I used the Berries & Cherries Key Ingredients for my creations.
Can you see one of the many reasons I LOVED this set? We have margarita glasses that are pretty close to the stamped image. . .minus the little man in the sombrero! LOL It's been a while since I've been able to enjoy a margarita, so I'm looking forward to being able to do that again! :)
If you love the sets you've seen, head on over to Taylored Expressions to get 'em! Taylor is also offering some bundles (Kick Back Beverage Bundle and Berries & Cherries Bundle)to go with each stamp set! You may want to check those out as well! Don't forget to stop by and see the rest of the Baker's Dozen for today's eye candy!
Ana Wohlfahrt, Dawn Easton, Denise Marzec, Donna Baker, Jen del Muro, Jodi Collins, Karen Giron, Karen Motz, Laura Fredrickson, Laurie Schmidlin, Sankari Wegman, Jami Sibley and Taylor VanBruggen!!

Prettie Wednesday
Two weeks ago, Jackie challenged the Prettie Girls to create a card that sparkles and shines with lots of glitter or bling. I decided to use papers from the Glitter Stack that Jackie sent me in my birthday package! The papers and patterns are just awesome and they are SO glittery!
For my card I used Aloha Sophia from Paper Pretties. I colored her in using Copic markers and then added some Cotton Candy Stickles to her skirt and flowers to make her extra sparkly! :)
Be sure to stop and see what the rest of the Prettie Girls created for this challenge:
Christi Thorsen
Danielle Lounds
Frances Byrne
Jackie Pedro
Jackie Rakoski
Jana Weaver
Jessica Diedrich
Jessie Rone
Jodi Collins
Julie Masse

Taylored Expressions Sneak Peek - Day 2
Here we are at Day 2 of Sneak Peeks and today we're featuring the Chillax set from Taylored Expressions (available for purchase Wednesday, August 5th). This set is perfect for summertime or any celebration that might require a drink. . .adult or not! :)
For my project today, I used a treat box that Taylored Expressions will be offering as part of the Chillax Bundle. I turned the treat box upside down and made it into a matchbook. I made a little shaker for the window in the box using some Dew Drops. Inside the matchbook are a couple of pouches of Kool Aid Pink Lemonade. It's a nice little something to give someone just to let them know you're thinking of them or to make them smile when they've had a rough time of things. I've always liked this sentiment and there's a similar one in this set that has to do with limes! :) It may be my new favorite!
You definitely won't want to miss what the rest of the Baker's Dozen has in store for you today!

Just Rite Happy Birthday
Here's a card using the Autumn Blessings Borders and Centers from JustRite Stampers. I paired the stamps up with the Just Chillin' Girl papers from Making Memories. I thought it gave a nice warm feel to the card. You can find both the papers and the stamps at Stamper's Dream. Michelle has lots of other JustRite stamps and accessories too!
I colored the image in using Copic markers. I cut the image using Plain Oval Nestabilities and Scallop Oval Nestabilities. For finishing touches, I added some faux stitching across the top of the card and some Chocolate Chip grosgrain.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day! SUPPLIES USED: Stamps- Autumn Blessings Borders and Centers (JustRite Stampers); Ink- Burnt Umber (Palette); Paper- Just Chillin' Girl (Making Memories), New Leaf (PTI); Accessories- Copic markers, Plain and Scallop Oval Nestabilities (Spellbinders), Choc. Chip grosgrain (SU); Finished card measures 5.5"x4.25"

Taylored Expressions Sneak Peek - Day 1
It's time again for another release at Taylored Expressions! This month, Taylored Expressions is releasing two sets in their Whimsical Wishes line. Today's sneak peek is of the Berries and Cherries set and coordinating Key Ingredients (available for purchase Wednesday, August 5th). The set is just adorable as are the Key Ingredients! I know you'll just fall in love with them. :)
For my project today, I used the Fancy Favor Bigz die from Stampin' Up to create my box full of Raspberry Truffles. I thought the sentiment was VERY fitting. :) I love the adorable little strawberry brad too. . .so cute! I used coordinating papers for the card with a different sentiment from the set. The papers look so yummy themselves, don't they?
You won't want to miss what the rest of the Baker's Dozen has created for today's sneak peeks!

Happy Anniversary Verve!
Welcome to the first ever official Anni-VERVE-sary Blog Hop. Verve turns two today and we’re celebrating with a hop, hop, hop! The party kicked off over on the Verve blog, so if you’ve just happened along, be sure to hop on over there to start from the beginning! And to make this party a real shindig, there’s a mystery jackpot hidden at one of the stops along the hop. One lucky commenter on that blog will win Verve’s entire August release! But of course, it wouldn’t be a mystery if you knew which blog, would it? So if you’re feeling the love, give a little shout out to the bloggers in the hop and you just might have a reason to jump for joy!
For my card, I used Jen's Sketch For You To Try and one of the new sets coming in the August Verve release! This set is called Enjoy. . .and I know you will do just that! :) I used the Peony Nestabilities to frame the focal image and to create the little flower embellishment.
Thanks for stopping by! Now it’s time to hop on over to Janelle’s blog for a little more Verve-y goodness.

So Glad We're Friends
This month's Flower Soft Challenge was to use toppers. I used the Country Bicycle Topper for my creation. I've always loved this image and I have someone for whom this card is just perfect! I added some Heather, Baby Pink and Shamrock Green Flower Soft to the image. The basket on the front of the bike as well as the other groupings of flowers look so plush in real life. It's almost as if you could pick the flowers right off the card!
Be sure to check out what the rest of the Flower Soft Team has come up with for today's challenge: AJ Otto, Carole Burrage, Deb Saaranen, Jennifer Buck, Niki Estes, Sharon Johnson, and Valerie Stangle.
Thanks for stopping by today. Hope you're having a wonderful weekend!
