WOWsers...first post for 2019..Took a break over the Christmas and New Year holidays to enjoy the holiday season and relax...First challenge for 2019.... needed a baby card for a special little someone...Started with the Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge for inspiration and went with a pink and silver colour theme...thought a shaker would be a great element on the front and the inside is a twist n pop for the WOW factor...

Entering this card into Craftyhazelnuts Pattern Paper Challenge for January 2019.

Sorry for the poor photo...really hard to photograph the silver foiled paper with the white hearts... :(

EDIT: Fabulous news and what a great way to start the card making for 2019. The Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge Design Team chose my card as one of the Top 3 Winners for their 300th Sketch! Thank you for making my day. :)

Another hat trick challenge: Create with Connie and Mary's sketch challenge; Colour Q's colour challenge: Basic Black, Basic Grey, Whisper White and a splash of colour ~ Island Indigo, my choice..and Just Add Ink's challenge: Just Add Sequins to your card. Definitely challenging as I am finally loving sequins and on that band wagon..Once again..colouring and fussy cutting...and some dry and wet embossing on this card..retired Island Indigo designer papers...Voila..

Happy Mother's Day...it's a WINNER!

A duo challenge: Colour Me's colour challenge of Blushing Bride, Pistachio Pudding & Rose Red with Stylin Stampin INKspiration's sketch challenge...Fussy cut the tulips for the Love is Kindness stamp..used some more of my retired Rose Red designer papers..Tried stamping the Something Lacy background on the embossed large polka dot embossed blushing bride layer..my bestie would be so proud of me for #1. colouring and 2. fussy cutting! ;) Voila my card!

The Essence of.....

Received my new Stampin Up order and had to play...whipped up a card..thanks to Can You Case It's colour challenge: Basic Black, Crisp Cantaloupe & Pistachio Pudding ( soon to be retired In Colours) ...and the retro sketches' sketch challenge to play with..Masked the tulips and sentiment, so I could stamp over with the Something Lacy background stamp..Voila! Sorry about the washed out colours...not much sunlight here today.. :( the Pistachio Pudding is looking like Sahara Sand in the picture. :(
