Mother Earth were an English Acid Jazz Band from London, formed in 1991 by Matt Deighton (Guitar, Vocals, later for Paul Weller's Band, Oasis), Bryn Barklam (Hammond Organ, later to The Chords, The Buzzcocks), Neil Corcoran (Bass), Chris White (Drums), and Shauna Green (Lead Vocals).

Charlie Hunter is an American Guitarist, Composer, Musician and Bandleader.  He always plays custom-made seven and eight-string guitars on which he simultaneously plays bass lines, chords and melodies.  his technique is rooted in the styles of Jazz Guitarists Joe Pass and Tuck Andreas, two of his biggest influences, who blended Bass Notes with melody in a way that created the illusion of two guitars.

Ronnie Foster is an American Funk and Soul Jazz Organist and Record Producer.  His album recorded for Blue Note Records in the 1970s have gained a cult following after the emergence of Acid Jazz.  He has performed as a sideman with a wide range of musicians and frequently worked with guitarist George Benson, including playing on the guitarist's album Breezn'.  He has also played organ with Grant Green, Grover Washington, Jr., Stanley Turrentine, Roberta Flack, Earl Klugh, Harvey Mason, Jimmy Smith, and Stevie Wonder.
