Pumpkin Cards

Hello everyone, I hope you are all having a nice evening! I'm just watching TV with the hubby.
I have two versions of the same  card to share with you.
This first card has glowing pumpkin faces.
The second card is all orange and black and orange and black ribbon.
This is the inside of both.
I like both but the all orange and black looks great! Which do you like best?    I used dies for all the pumpkin faces and sentiment. I used a stamp I've had for a while for the inside.
I hope you enjoyed seeing my cards! Thanks for stopping by and have a great evening!

Witching Hour Halloween Card

Happy Halloween everyone! I hope you are having a great evening! We just had our homemade chili and pumpkin pie, YUM! Now we are setting up our jack-o-lantern and chairs and ready to hand our treats!
I am posting my last Halloween card of the season.
I made this card for my oldest granddaughter and her boyfriend. I love how it turned out! I was so excited to send it to her that I forgot to take photos of it! She took photos and just sent them to me.
I love this cat die I just purchased! The little sparkly stars are from a die set that I have. I love the tiny star paper and the witching hour sentiment!
I hope you enjoyed seeing my card! Have a fun and safe Halloween and thanks for stopping by!

Got Candy? Halloween Card

Hello everyone, I hope your day is of to a good start! I finished another mini album yesterday! They are so much fun to make!  I will post photos as soon as I take them.
I'm here with another Halloween card and I think it's pretty cute.
This is another card made using images from cardstock. I fussy cut the jack-o-lanterns. The cute little ghost is from a stamps set that I have.
The orange swirl candy back ground is from a Martha Stewart Halloween paper pad I've had for several years. I used my stitched banner dies to cut the sentiment and a layer. I added some sparkly gems.  Easy and quick card to make.
Here is the inside of my card. The stamp is a $1.00 stamp I've had for years but it's one of my favorites.       I hope you enjoyed seeing my card.  Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Halloween Spinner Square Pop Up Card with Video

Good morning everyone! It is cold and rainy this morning and supposed to rain all day. A good day to craft!    I am sharing the card I made for my sweet little granddaughter Ruby. I purchased the Karen Burniston Spinner Square Pop-up Die several months ago but had not used it yet. I decided to make a cute haunted house scene.
Here is the front of my card. The card base and spinner pop up mechanism are by Karen Burniston.  I used the cutest ghost stamp set I purchased on ebay. I also used die cut stars from a set and the fence from a set I purchased on ebay. The pumpkin, haunted house and moon were all cut on my Silhouette machine.
I added a clear plastic window.
Here is the inside of my card. I used a star background cardstock which was perfect for my scene.
Look at that cute little ghost in her kitty costume and with her trick or treat bag! BOO is all I need for the sentiment inside.

Here is a video of the card opening. Ruby is going to love it!  Karen Burniston designs some amazing dies and I have another set I can't wait to use!    I hope you enjoyed seeing my card! Thank you for stopping by and have a great day!

Trick or Treat Halloween Card

Hello everyone, I hope you had a nice day! Well it frosted this morning, brrrrrrrr! I warmed up some though.
Here is a Halloween card I made last week.
I think this is a festive Halloween card. I love the paper with the pumpkins and swirls on it! The trick or treat is from a sheet that had 12 different Halloween images and sentiments. The little row of pumpkins is from a 6x6 Martha Stewart paper pad I have had for several years. I fussy cut the pumpkins out and popped them up.
This shows the popped up pumpkins.
Here is the inside of the card. I used a stamp I have had for years.             I hope you enjoyed seeing my card!  Thank you for stopping by and have a great evening!

Vintage Trick or Treat Halloween Card

Hello everyone, I hope you are having a good day!  I have been crafting all day. I finished a Halloween album for our oldest daughter Nicole and I have been working on the wedding album for my niece Michelle. As soon as I get photos of the Halloween album I will post them.   On to my third Halloween card...
I purchased some paper pads that are vintage Halloween images. I just loved this print and couldn't cover it up with layers so, I featured the print!
Here is an up close look at the print.  I decided to color only the pumpkins and love how they turned out! I also inked around the edges with black.
I added a orange and black bow and a vintage look button.
This is the inside of my card. I have had this stamp for several years.
Well there you have it, my third Halloween card.  Thank you for stopping by and have a great evening!

"Magic" Halloween Card

Hello everyone, I hope you have had a good day!  We have had heavy rain from hurricane Michael all day! I hope everyone in the path of Michael are safe, the Florida panhandle really got hit hard!             We are supposed to have wonderful Fall weather the rest of this week, High 70's Low 50's yeah!!!  I took advantage of the rainy day and made three Halloween cards so that is eight that I have made, another yeah! Here is my second card.
This is another card using one of the images from 12x12 sheet of 12 (not 9) Halloween images. I used a die set I purchased on ebay to cut out the image and another to cut the orange (which I inked around the edges with black). The cute pumpkin print cardstock is some I have had for a couple of years, I just love it! I used some shiny gems for a little sparkle.
This is the inside of my card. I wanted it to look festive.
I heat embossed the sentiment, used a glitter pen and a few of the letters and dotted all around the sentiment, and added a few of the shiny gems.     I hope you enjoyed seeing my card.   Thank you for stopping by and have a great evening!

Pumpkin Time! Halloween Card

Hello everyone, I hope you are all well!  I know it has been a while since I posted.    We had the hurricane a few weeks ago and now another is headed this way!         I have been busy with some time consuming projects! One was the wedding album I posted weeks ago (thanks for the sweet comments). I am working on another one for my niece , she is getting married on the 27th. I also just finished little Ruby's Halloween costume, a Rapunzel dress and hair piece (wig). I got it all packaged up (wrapped like a present like she requested) with some other goodies and sent out. She is supposed to receive it today. I am getting ready to make a Halloween album for my oldest daughter.  I have more sewing projects to do before Christmas (the microwave bowl holders and hot pads were a big hit last year!). I would like to make some more of those and some pretty infinity scarves and maybe some shirts and ties.
        On with my card.
This was a super simple card to make! I had purchased some scrapbook paper at JoAnn Fabric a few moths ago when we were in Florida. This image was one of about 9 on one sheet of paper.
I used some cute papers I had along the some scraps. I love the prints! For some added interest I embossed the green and the gold cardstock.
I have been purchasing some awesome dies and stamps from ebay. This stitched rectangle is one from a a set. I just love them!  I added the black shiny gems just for cuteness.
This is the inside of my card. I really like the wonky sentiment stamp, it's one I have had for years.   Well, there you have it, my first Halloween card of the season. I hope you like it! Thank you for stopping by and have a great evening!

CHILLING Skeleton Halloween Card

Hello everyone, I hope you are enjoying your Sunday morning! It's nice and sunny and mild out here.      Today I am sharing another Halloween card that I made using a skeleton stamp and Washi tape. I have never been a big fan of Washi tape (maybe because I could never find prints that I liked) but I really liked this print that I used. I love using the traditional black and orange for my Halloween cards.
I think it turned out pretty good, Chilling in fact!
I stamped my skeleton with white ink, layered my Washi tape on the black cardstock, stamped and layered the sentiment and added a few black gems (actually I use clear and color them what ever color I want).
here is the inside of my card.       Thank you for stopping by and have a great day!

Black, Orange Cardstock.
$1.00 Skeleton Wooden Stamp.
Clear Sentiment Stamps.
