30 Day Gratitude Challenge: Day 24

Good morning,

Enjoying a fun day with lots of Christmas decorating in my future.  Love when the house is all decorated and lit up but man is it a process.

Today I'm back and sharing another card for this months gratitude challenge and I decided to use the Beside Me stamp set (it's such a great set and the images are perfect for coloring with our Stampin' Blends.

This card starts with Coper Clay cardstock for the cardbase and then I added a piece of Take to the Sky Designer Series Paper that's matted with Night of Navy Cardstock.  I added another coordinating piece of DSP across the center and matted it with Real Red Cardstock

The main stamped image was stamped on Basic White cardstock with Momento Black ink and then colored with Stampin' Blends before matting it with Night of Navy cardstock and attaching to the cardfront with dimensionals.  The greeting was stamped in Night of Navy ink on Basic White and then cut out with the Stitched Rectangle Dies.  The final touch was to add a few Basic Gray Pearls from the Basic Gray & Smoky Slate Pearls.

I loved how this card turned out, perfect for the guys in my life!

30 Day Gratitude Challenge: Day 21

Good morning,

As you may know, I'm in a house full of boys, even the dog (lol!) so I'm always in the need for masculine cards.  My guys are also very active in scouts and outdoor activities so when I saw the Let's Wander stamp set it was one of the first on my wish list so I decided to use it for today's gratitude card.

This card uses Crumb Cake cardstock for the cardbase and then I took a piece of Pecan Pie cardstock and embossed it with the Forever Plaid 3D Embossing Folder (and then sponged it with Crumb Cake ink) and then matted it with Basic Black cardstock.

I stamped the hiking boots from the Let's Wander stamp set on Basic White cardstock with Momento Black ink and then colored them in with Stampin' Blends (I did use the Layering Squares Dies to cut the image out, but you could just cut the cardstock down with a paper trimmer).

The greeting is from the same stamp set and was stamped in Basic Black ink on Crumb Cake cardstock before cutting it out with the Stitched Shapes Dies and attached with dimensionals.  I used some Black & Very Vanilla 3/8" Large Check Ribbon to dress up the card.

Oh, these boots are so fun and perfect for the dudes in your life!

30 Day Gratitude Challenge: Day 11

Good morning,

Excited for the start of a new week and we found out we get to see the kiddo in a few days for a suprise visit, whoo hoo!

Getting back to this months gratitude challenge to day I'm sharing a great card that showcases the Take to the Sky Designer Series Paper (one of the pieces has these great tag pieces for super easy crafting).

The card has Cajun Craze cardstock for the cardbase and then I started layering different patterns of DSP.  The tag piece is also matted with Cajun Craze cardstock and the greeting is from the Wonderful Thoughts stamp set and stamped in Night of Navy ink.  I added several pieces of Linen Thread to the top of the tag before attaching it to the cardfront with dimensionals.

This card is so fun and a great masculine card for the dudes in our lives!

30 Day Gratitude Challenge: Day 5

Good morning,

Today's a big day with the elections, I'm excited to get out to vote, it is my son's first time voting so we've been excited to help him through the process.

I'm back with another gratitude card and today's card a fun masculine card using the Grassy Grove stamp set.  the card starts with a card base of Basic White Thick Cardstock and then I added a piece of DSP from the Country Woods Designer Series Paper pack that was matted with Night of Navy cardstock.

The main stamped image is on Basic White cardstock and I just build the scene with all the different stamps in the set and then sponged around the edges.  I matted this with Early Espresso ink and then wrapped some Linen Thread around the piece before attaching it to the cardfront with dimensionals.

I was so happy with how this card turned out and this deer is just the cutest!
