Tilda in the Flower Garden

Hello everyone! It’s Sai here.

I have created a sweet and colorful flower garden scene card. I used simple layout with few die cuts and embellishments because I wanted the flower garden to be the first thing people would notice from this card.

I used Magnolia “Tilda with Hawaii Flower” stamp from Butterfly Dreams 2011 collection and “Spring Daisy” stamp from Chasing Butterflies 2009 collection. I stamped the flower scene several times behind Tilda using stamp masking technique. The stamped image was colored with distress ink.

To make flower garden scene, I decorated the card with flower die cut from Doohickey volume 4 and small butterfly die cuts from Magnolia Vintage box 1.

PND – Flower Cart Avery

Hello everyone! It’s Sai here.

Today I have a project featuring The Paper Nest Doll image to share with you. This image is called “Flower Cart Avery”.

 I have created a bright colorful card with this image. I colored the image with distress ink. The rose lace die cut on the left side is from Doohickey volume 4 which I think it is perfect for this card.

I decorated the card with coordinated colors paper flowers. Behind the flowers is the doily die cut from Cheery Lynn Designs.

The ‘Just For You’ sentiment is from LOTV stamp which I heat embossed with white embossing powder. The shovel die cut is also from Doohickey volume 4.

My 2017 Planner

Hello crafty friends! It's Sai here. Today is almost the last day of 2016. Time has gone so fast.

I have prepared myself for the coming 2017 with this project. It is 2017 monthly planner to help me schedule crafting projects. I have printed out monthly calendar into the booklet so my planner is in A5 size. I folded the papers in half and punched the holes along the folded line. Then, I stitched all pages together using chainstitch bookbinding technique.

I have decorated the planner cover with two magnolia stamps. They are “Santa on Christmas Eve” stamp from So Jolly Under the Mistletoe 2009 collection and “Winter Night Background” stamp from Winter 2008 collection. The stamped images were colored with distress ink. I decorated the cover with few only embellishments so that I could write on the left pages easily. Here is my handmade planner.

Inside the planner, it is monthly calendar.

I used chainstitch bookbinding technique which I had learned from a workshop last year.

Winter Rosette Card

Hello everyone! It’s Sai here to share a project for inspiration. 

I made a winter rosette card using Magnolia “Tilda in Cozy Coat” stamp from waiting for Christmas 2014 collection. The rosette base was created by scoring the 3” wide paper at every ¼”. The sentiment stamp was from Lili of the Valley and then I hand cut the banner along the text line. Instead of using paper flowers, I decorated the card with snowflake rosette die cuts from Sizzix Tim Holtz.

Let Me Introduce Myself – Sai Jirawadee

Hello everyone!

I’m Jirawadee from Thailand. My nickname is Sai. I got invited by Tiziana to join the design team of Storie di timbri, carta e.. I think this is a great opportunity for me to expand my crafting experiences and meet new friends. So I immediately said yes and joined the team.

I have started scrapbooking and card making almost 5 years ago when there was a scrapbook shop opened near my office. Initially, I was not sure to get started because I knew I had to buy many many stuffs if I started to do so. But finally my friend took me to the shop and then I got hooked. However, I just became a regular crafter when I started my blog last year.

I love coloring the stamped image, especially Magnolia stamps, and create cards and 3d papercraft projects with those images. I always get inspired by new things I have learned, some experiences, and my cats’ story. Yes, I have 4 cats. I’m a cat lover as you can tell from my blog’s name.
