A Horse of Course!

Hello everyone and welcome to SVG Cutting Files.
This is Tanya from Studio 5380 with a fun birthday card to share with you. My step granddaughter is an avid horse lover and has serious plans to become a cowgirl when she grows up.  So, I went all rodeo style for this year's birthday card....

I started with the Trapezoid Card Base creating my top layer with this fun paper from the "Rodeo Girl" paper stack from The Paper Studio.

The adorable little horse is created with the sweet cutting file, A Horse of Course.

I also used  a few products from Jaded Blossom on my card:
* Sentiment - So Many Birthdays
* Banner - Flag Dies
* Horseshoe - St. Patrick's Day Dies

And, there you go - the perfect card for any cowgirl!
Thanks so much for stopping by today. Have a wonderful day and I'll be seeing you soon...

Tanya

Walk the Plank

Happy Tuesday!!

Roberta here from Adventures of a Bedtime Crafter. I am so very EXCITED to be one of the newest members of the SVG Cutting Files design team!! I am honored to get this opportunity to work with Ann's amazing designs and the awesome group of talented ladies that are on the team!

For my very first project, I wanted to make a cute 'boy' card (with my own little man in mind). I've been in love with the Pirates Life file for quite some time...and thought what a great opportunity to finally use my Jaded Blossom V is for Villain stamp set as well. I used the Trapezoid Card Base file for my card, but altered the overlay to give it a different look...

I had a lot of fun with this card and hope you enjoyed it!

See you soon!
Roberta

You Are 100% Awesome

Hello,
It's me Kathy from 3 Spoiled Dogs
back with another project today :)

I made a card using the Snowboarder from the
SVG Cutting Files Winter Kids 2 File
The card base is the Trapezoid Card Base
also from SVG Cutting Files

I love to use my Peachy Keen Stamps.
I used the PK-1300 Sweet and Innocent Assortment
I first stamped the face on the bottom piece
and then stamped each eye seperately on the goggles.
I cut a piece of vellum and that was the top
layer of the goggles.

You Make Me Smile

Hello everyone! This is GiGi from The Cricut Bug and I have a cute set of cards to share.

I cut the card bases using the SVG Cutting Files Trapezoid Card Bases. The kids were cut using the I Pick You cutting file and I stamped the faces using Peachy Keen's Wide Eyed Kids face stamps.
I added some twine around each card and stamped the sentiments using the Peachy Keen Baby Easter Bunny stamp set. Really quick and cute cards!
I hope you all liked my cards and thanks for visiting!
Have a great day!

Chibi Kids Dressed as Forrest Animals

Hello everyone! This is GiGi from The Cricut Bug and I have some super cute cards to share with you! I just LOVE these new Chibi Kids Dressed as Forrest Animals!!! They are available in the store TODAY!

I started this card with the Trapezoid Card Base and stamped the background may using Peachy Keen's Oak Leaves and Acorns Background stamp. I stamped it in VersaMark ink and colored over it with chalk. This is a really simple and fun technique. You can see a short tutorial HERE on how I do this.
I cut the Chibi Kid Dressed as a Fox and used the Peachy Keen Moodies face stamp for the kids face and the Erkle And Merkle face stamps for the fox's eyes.
The leaves were cut using the SVG Cutting Files freebie Fall Leaves file and I crumpled them up and did lots of inking on them. I attached them to the card under a button with a twine bow.
To finish I stamped the sentiment from Peachy Keen's PKSC-09 September 2012 stamp set onto a My Craft Spot Ribbon Banner Metal Die

For this card, I used the Chibi Kid Dressed as a Deer. I stamped the deer face with a Peachy Keen Wide Eyed and Bushy Tailed face stamp and the kids face with a In The Garden face stamp. I mounted her with pop dots to an oval mat that I embossed with the Seeing Spot's cuttlebug folder and added a twine bow. The sentiment banner I created by using My Craft Spot's Ribbon Banner Metal Dies-Arched. I cut off the ends to make a simple rounded sentiment banner and mounted it under the oval mat.

For the last card, I used the Chibi Kid Dressed As A Bear. I stamped the bear face using Peachy Keen's Teddy Bear face stamps and the kids face with a In The Garden face stamp. I hand cut the mat using decorative scissors and added a black stitched line to it. I cut out the sentiment banner using My Craft Spot's Tiny Banner Metal Dies and stamped the sentiment using MCS's Tiny Tags 3.

I hope you all enjoyed seeing my card and thanks for stopping in! Have a great day!

Jaded Blossom Flag Dies and Flag Dies 2
