2012-13 season Italian Serie B second places club Hellas Verona (promoted to Serie A, 2013-14 season)  takes part in the 2012-2013 Serie B championship for the fiftieth time in its history.

The team kits supply by Ascis for the eighth season, while the main sponsors are Agsm, Sicurint group Protec and Leaderform.

The team that was folded from Hellas Verona and was reborn as Verona after dificulty with financial regularly moving to and fro between Serie A and Serie B for several seasons. Verona finally make a best impact under coach, Cesare Prandelli for the team, top of the Serie B in 1998-99 season and promoted to Serie A.

1998-99 season the team top scorer Fabrizio Cammarata, 1st place in Serie B, promoted to Serie A, the club name was officially changed back to Hellas Verona.

Font Hellas Verona 2014/15 kits

Hellas Verona FC 2014-15 Home, Away and third kits, which are again made by Nike. These new Nike Hellas Verona kits take inspiration from the club foundation in 1903 and the 30th anniversary of winning the Italian Serie A in 1984–85. Main sponsor Franklin & Marshall, a Verona based clothing brand, sponsors the new season Hellas Verona kits.

Additional features, on the back of the new Hellas Verona shirt appears the lettering "millenovecentotre" (1903) to remember the founding year of the Italian club. To honor the Serie A title won in 1985, inside the kit collar features the Scudetto as well as special elements to show the identification to the club and the city.
