Police Dogs

Hello! I know, I've been absent from my blog far too long but I continue to fight the lack of mojo and enthusiasm. So I decided to take a summer break from blogging. I'm hoping that by autumn, I'll be immersed with creativity and my mojo tank refilled. So until then, I leave you with a card I created featuring another Two Lips Stamps, Police Dogs. Have a wonderful fun filled summer and be safe! See you in the fall!

Two Lips Stamps

Hello! I have great news to share today, I recently discovered Two Lips Stamps, a company that is equal parts of truthfulness and humor! You know my funny side is always showing. I love a good giggle! To create my card I used Recipe Read from Two Lips and the chubby chef from Birdie Brown Recipe for Happiness from My Favorite Things Stamps.  I encourage you to visit Two Lips Stamps but be prepared stay awhile and laugh!  In case you are wondering, yes indeed, cookbooks are definitely works of science fiction written in a language that is totally foreign to me!

Oh Deer

Some images just makes me giggle and that's exactly what I did when I saw the image featured on today's card, Hiding Deer and Duck digi set from Make it Crafty. If you're wondering where the duck is, you can find it here.

Go Braless . . .

I am certain that if all women went braless and only wore grannie panties,
the world would be a much happier place!

Heads Up

I signed up for the Be Inspired Cards class focused solely on Newton's Nook Designs' May and June releases.  After watching one of the videos I came up with two cards using the lettuce image from the Vegetable Medley stamp set. The first one was done using distress markers and the second card was done using colored pencils.  Lettuce us not discuss my coloring skills!

Talking to a Guy

Good advice for ladies with the help of Bird Crazy from Tim Holtz and Talking to a Guy from Riley and Company Funny Bones!

Blah Blah Blah

Just a bit of silliness to send to a friend, just because I can! I used stamps from the 12 Days set and the 12 Days Companion Greetings by Julie Ebersol! I extended the phone cord across the card because when I was a kid, a very few short years ago, I was always getting in trouble for stretching it and tangling it into knots! I am so grateful to the genius that invented wireless phones!

Another Bird Crazy

I am absolutely crazy for each of Tim Holtz's Bird Crazy stamps in the set, they make me giggle and smile! I made the card and sent it to a birding expert, as a thank you for an unbelievably wonderful gift! I'm hoping in all his travels, he's never seen a bird quite like this one!

Bringing Back Sexy!

I hope you had a terrific Memorial Day weekend, and as a public service announcement, here's a reminder for you that until Labor Day, it's safe to wear your white shoes without fear of being stopped by the fashion police! But now it's time to get back to the business at hand and that business is Bringing Back Sexy! I don't want to do this all by myself but if I must, I will! So all you sexy senior citizens reach for those grannie panties and uplifting bras then wear them with pride! If you really want to mix it up, throw them in a load of wash with a new purple towel!

Another card made from the Naughty Newton stamp set from Newton's Nook Designs.  Such a great set of mischievous cats and sentiments. Irresistible for those of us who are slaves to cats!

Beach Baby Jayme

As we prepare for another accumulation of snow, one can only wish for a day at the beach enjoying sunny skies and warm breezes. The image is Beach Baby Jayme that I got from Whimsey Stamps shortly before they closed the digi section of their store.
