Dude Time Doodles Blog Leap
In honor of Leap Day, Dude Time Doodles is hosting a Blog Leap to introduce you to their new townsfolk. If you've been participating you should have arrived here from Mags, our wonderful guest designer for the month. Since the leap is continuous just keep moving until you've seen them all and remember to leave a comment along the way for a chance to be a winner of a Dude Time Doodles image from the mystery host. I used Jon Jogger who running lightening fast away from work and into retirement! Now you should leap lightening fast to Dude Time Doodles!
MouseCat
I am so excited, I have been invited to join the Can You Digi It design team! Can You Digi It recently open their store and they feature digital images and papers, clear stamps plus a host of other crafting goodies. They host a bi-weekly challenge on Tuesdays and the winner receives a $10 store coupon!
A new CYDI challenge starts today and to play along use Denim and Lace in your creation. I absolutely could not resist the cuteness of MouseCat sporting the latest fashion trend for cats, promising to attract more mice than traditional traps!
For more inspiration please visit the other IT Girls using the links on my sideboard, or if need be, the collage found below.

Cocktail Waitress
Cocktail Waitress by Fawn Palmer was one of Saturday's new releases at Squiggllefly and I am sharing her with you to introduce you to the new challenge that starts today at Squigglefly. The challenge is being hosted by Holley's Hobbyists and the theme is Spring is in the Air! Show us what spring means to you, flowers blooming, children playing, gardening, Easter, Spring Break, St. Patrick's Day, or just being outside? Maybe spring to you means finally packing the Christmas decorations away. Show us some bright and beautiful cheer. As an extra task use some ribbon. So what does Cocktail Waitress have to do with spring? Well, she has a green apron for St. Patrick's Day. But first and foremost, sunshine! After all, "A meal without wine is like a day without sunshine -- except on a day without sunshine I can still drink my wine!" So go ahead, pour yourself a glass of sunshine and play along!

Ladybug Magnet Girl
I really dislike when I get a new image and I cannot immediately post it but sometimes that happens and that is the case with today's card, Ladybug Magnet Girl from Sassy Cheryl's. But here she is with her promise that spring is just around the corner. I wish she could tell us how long the block might be until we get to the corner but we know its closer than yesterday!

Mother-in-law
I love my children and their spouses and I certainly hope that they do not think I am a busybody, a chronic complainer or a buttinsky! But apparently there are some mother-in-laws that are and enjoy shaking their finger and finding fault or giving advice about everything such as Lynne Stansbery's version of Mother-in-law from Squigglefly! I am so thankful to be perfect!

Hell for Leather
Keeping with yesterday's theme of road safety, Hell for Leather from Just Inklined is a great example of our male counterpart and his need for speed!

Speed Diva
Women have totally unfounded bad reputations for our driving skills, ask any woman! We are very safe drivers as demonstrated with the help of Speed Diva by Suzanne Urban from Squigglefly! I mean really, wouldn't our hair get mussed speeding and of course, if we had to jam on our brakes, we might break a nail!

Another addiction!
I recently watched with fascination the video Zenspirations Patterning Techniques by Joanne Fink on Sakura of America’s website. After watching the video I decided to try what I had learned. I printed a simple daisy stamp that I found in the dollar bin at one of the crafts store onto Heavenly White cardstock from PaperTemptress and using a black pen began making patterns and then spot colored it with gel pens. I mounted my creation on embossed Lemondrop Pop Tone cardstock, also from PaperTemptress, and added touches of glossy accents to finish the card. Now I have another addiction, doodling patterns!

Bees on a Caterpillar
Another new challenge is starting today at Squigglefly. Team Rhonda's Rowdy Rascals are in charge of providing inspiration for you but since the challenge is to Use Yellow Somewhere On Your Card, I thought I would play along using Bees on a Caterpillar by Monica Estill from Squigglefly. So come on now, get out the yellow and play!

Workout Birdie
The sweet little Workout Birdie from Doodle Pantry is definitely NOT me! Oh sure, I workout, I exercise my elbow each time I raise a fork, spoon or glass to my lips and I keep my thumbs in shape when I change channels on the remote. The closest I've ever been to a treadmill is walking pass them in a department store and of course, I'm always pushing my luck! But since dogs do need exercise, I take my beautiful goldens for a walk each day, all the way to the backdoor!

Gardener's Delight
Oh yes, I'm so ready for spring and in a little more than a month, it will be! Gardener's Delight from Just Inklined is an image that screams "spring" and for now, I must be satisfied with spring-like images because the weatherman is predicting snow!

Tea Pot Birdhouse
Our weather lately feels more like spring, contradicting the infamous Punxatawney Phil's prediction on Groundhog Day's that we would have six more weeks of winter. Being encouraged by the clacking and clamoring of the birds, obviously sharing my enthusiasm for warmer weather, I used Tea Pot Birdhouse from Digi Doodle Shop to spark you into participating in the new Anything Goes Challenge that starts today. Team Ruth is hosting the challenge and it's a great way for you to share your talent and possibly win a $10.00 gift certificate from Digi Doodles Shop. Please visit my fellow teammates and then take advantage of the great sales going on at the store.
