seems like there are always a plethora of get togethers or parties to

eliminate the stress that comes with figuring out what to wear. I
wore this wrap dress when we took family pictures a couple weeks ago
and it is sure to be my go to piece for party season this year.

sweaters are all the rage right now, and to say I'm in love would be
an understatement. They are chic, comfortable and perfect for those

your shoe style is classic, trendy, casual or formal, there is a

great pair of distressed jeans.
The
truth is, I'll be 40 next year. I'm always trying to stay on trend,
tasteful and age appropriate. I love the distressed jean trend,
because it allows me to take my somewhat simple and classic style,
add some edge to it and make my outfits feel current. Every girl
knows a great pair of jeans is worth their weight in gold and a
fabulous pair of distressed ones is the perfect addition to that
treasure!

Handbags, Hats and Scarves.
A
few years ago, I turned my fashion accessory game up a few notches
and it is made a world of difference in pulling together my overall
style. Like any great interior, the right accessories finish of the
look and tell the world you've put some thought and effort into how
you are presenting yourself to the world. Don't get me wrong, there
are plenty of days when I throw on a sweatshirt and leggings and run
out the door, but when I want to make sure I'm putting my best foot
forward, I make sure to pull the right accessories in with my
clothing. For the Fall and Winter Seasons, a great hat, a beautiful
scarf and a pretty handbag or tote in the perfect fall color are
staples in my wardrobe.

2. I'm somewhat of a pillow hoarder, and this navy, mint and white one might have to make it into my collection.
3. This cross body bag is the perfect size. It comes in 3 colors and is a super inexpensive way to update your look for the fall.
4. Vintage inspired rugs are all the rage right now. I can think of a thousand places where this beauty would be perfect. Better yet, it's very well priced.
5. This blouse is so versatile. It can easily be dressed up or down and taken from day to night. It comes in 5 different colors.
6. I am obsessed with wood and marble cutting boards lately. I use them to accessorize kitchens all the time. Pretty and functional!
7. I love booties for fall! I love the buckle detail on this one.
8. I use bed blankets to style beds all the time. This one has a great wide stripe and a herringbone pattern. The gray color would be perfect in almost any bedroom!
Hello, Friends! Last week I posted some of my favorite finds from the annual Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. As I mentioned in that post, this is my favorite and most anticipated sale of the year. I literally save up my pennies, so I can splurge during this sale. The fact that I have an early August Birthday, also helps me get my hands on the items on my Anniversary Sale wish list. I was fortunate enough to be able to shop the #Nsale during the Early Access period. Today, the sale opens up to the general public, so now EVERYONE can start shopping to their hearts' content. If you are worried that the sale is already "picked over" and items are out of stock, don't be! Nordstrom does it right and reserves stock of all the items in the sale and only releases them during the period of time the sale is open to the general public. That means everyone has the opportunity to get in on the deals! Yay!
