Just a few random lists of holiday favorites!
Holiday Music:
1. Carpenters Christmas- a classic
2. Mariah Carey- "All I want for Christmas is YOU"
3. NSYNC- Oh the memories of high school...Merry Christmas, and Happy Holidays!
4. Michael Buble- "My grown up Christmas list"

Christmas music is the best...I love it all!
Holiday Traditions:
1. Gingerbread house competition- I pretty much win every year...my siblings always underestimate my skills!
2. Christmas cards: I love to receive Christmas cards! It is the only time of year that I get mail that does not ask me to pay something.
3. Holiday Parties! I can not wait to see all of Rob's family at Luella's Christmas Eve party! We have not been able to attend the last few years and we are really looking forward to it! We have been singing Christmas songs with the girls every night in preparation! Oh and I can't wait to dress my girls up in their Christmas outfits!
4. PJS! I look forward to a new pair of PJs every year!

Holiday FOOD:
1. Hot Chocolate: I really drink this year around, but it tastes really good at Christmas!
2. Candy canes: All the different flavors and an easy to hold stem. Perfect.
3. Christmas morning breakfast- Pancakes never taste better!
4. Chocolate covered cherries! My dad's favorite snack always makes an appearance in his Christmas stocking...I always sneak a few!

Just a few things that I have been enjoying and thinking about!! What are some of your favorites!

Hummmm. One of my favorites is getting the mail. I run to the mail box all through December and can't wait to hang my cards up. Love it. I also love the Christmas dance recital. You should have seen Elise do Felix Navidad in her yellow Spanish dancer outfit. Fantastic. Actually they all were. But I'm totally biased.

And I just have to say hot chocolate is one of my all time favorite things about the holidays, you should have seen me when it snowed here this week I was busting out the hot chocolate asap! lol! (I drink it year around too but there's just something that makes it tastier around Christmas!=)

oh my goodness -- you had your baby already! what a cute little family! I don't know how you manage to keep them all dressed so cute all the time. I miss your contagious happiness amanda -- and i love how the twins have different hair color -- i feel bad 'cause i still cannot tell my one-year-old nephews apart -- this, would be a helpful thing. maybe i'll suggest for them to dye one. j/k.

Our Story...

Rob and I met in November of 2002 in the financial services office at BYU. After a very akward introduction, which involved me introducing myself in the third person, Rob called and asked me out. After a pretty amazing first date (its a long story-some other time), I confidently told Rob "that once he dated me he would never want to date anyone else." I really had no idea at that point that it was going to work out so well. We dated for the next five months and then one beautiful night on a bridge at Sundance resort, Rob and I got engaged. We were married four months later on August 16, 2003 in the Las Vegas, NV temple. And we have been living happily ever after since...
