May the force be with you

It turns out Blogger has an app.  There may be hope for this little blog after all. 

Mitchell has recently been bitten by the Star Wars bug. I'm not sure what brought on this current obsession, but it is intense.  All he wants to talk about are R2-D2, droids, and Jedi. Sam gets to be the tag along.  He has no idea what's going on or who any of the characters are, but he's happy to have 'light saver' battles with 'Dark' Vader (Luke).  Earlier in the week they fashioned Jedi robes out of blankets and towels and wore them a good chunk of the day. Mitchell couldn't understand why he couldn't wear his to the library.  I was actually motivated enough to get the sewing machine out of the closet and make up some Jedi robes. Thanks pinterest. They were pretty happy with them and had some extended battle droid fights in the backyard.  I'm powerless to fight the nerdiness, I'll just have to embrace it.
