A wet good morning

Almost the end of July and nights now drawing in..... how did that happen ?? We have had a few wet days which has again spoiled my roses just as they bloomed. To cheer myself up I had to make a couple of cards

This seems a little strange after all the cut back weddings of the last 18 months. A digital image which I forgot to file so sorry, no name. all papers, flowers and ribbon from stash.

A pre-coloured image from Hobby House, LOTV.  DC papers, ribbons, flowers and sentiment from stash, MS leaf punch SB curved flower punch.
I hope you have a nice weekend.

Hello

A dry morning and a wet afternoon, went in the craft room for a few hours, I made and posted a quick card for an anniversary I had almost forgotten about,
Lidl Papers matted on to burgandy card,
a few gems, flowers and leaves.
Next was a sympathy card for a neighbour
One of my favorite stamps and metal corners stamped sentiment.

Then came  a wedding card
over the weekend I need 3 birthday cards
1 for my neighbour on Monday and 2 for grandsons in Australia.
That should keep me busy.

My exciting new today is that we are expecting a new family member, my nephew in New Zealand, Jon and wife Sam. As she had pregnancy diabetes and is 43, she went into hospital on 2nd April to be induced. They are 13 hours ahead of me so it gets complicated lol.....32 hours later their time and still no news, no proper contractions yet, I was hoping for 5th April which would have been my Dad's birthday... but who knows ?
I was amazed to hear that she worked until Monday night, with a 2 hour commute each way.....a 14 hour day! how she got behind the wheel I do not know!
Hoping for a safe and quick delivery for her and baby.

Thank you for your visit and have a very 'Happy Easter'

A damp good evening

Had another busy day including a trip to the Range, looking for wallpaper, Saw some FAB paper at £30.00 per roll, but not in my price range for hall and stairs!!!! lol....I did HAVE to wander through crafts and picked up green capsule paper and also'ELLA BLUE' which I think is lush!!! (not for using of course) lol, I also got a christmas stamp for £4.99p which I am quite pleased with, ( I did promise myself no more christmas stuff)
Anyway, on Tuesday, Aunty Sue and I went to visit Jules..... we started a challenge to make a card out of the same stamps ( we could have finished if we had not spent too long talking and laughing)ONE of us got it wrong and showed the card before the other two finished, so I have made two versions because it looks as if I copied!!!!
The said person will be outlawed if she does it again hehehehehehe.
the stunning sentiment is one of Jules stamps, so I don't know the make, but it goes so well with the Tilda and Edwin Wedding stamp.
I am entering this into Allsorts challenge and Stampeve Challenge
