Jamie Simpson Dayton Ohio Weather Dude Goes Off

Some Ohioans were outraged when Fox 45's Jamie Simpson interrupted regularly scheduled programming to issue a tornado warning.

In the video above, Simpson rants about the importance of this storm plus he raged against people who are calling the station to complain.

At first, I wholeheartedly agreed with everything he said and then I found out the show he interrupted was The Bachelorette. So to hell with him.

Storm Destroys Condo Complex

According to some of the commenters at YouTube, this is happening because of Global Warming.
Global warming talks always heat up(pun intended) in the summer time and disappears around the end of September. Then it switches to Climate Change.

Most of the people complaining about Global Warming don't do anything about it or change their lifestyles. They just like to bitch a lot.

The fact that Earth has been around millions of years and has millenniums of uncharted weather history is lost on some of these people.

Lightning Strikes Airplane

"Watch this a couple times. Watch closely at the tail of the plane. (looking for a lightning strike) Then replay it and watch the front landing gear. Then wonder why we don't refuel airplanes when there is lightning in the area. Lightning strike to a plane at the gate. You'll need to watch it a few times; it's only about 11 seconds. Three key things/areas to watch -- first watch the tail of the aircraft as the bolt hits the vertical stab, do not blink, it happens that fast. Next, watch the nose of the aircraft where ground crew is walking up to, and under, the nose of the plane. Then, look just to your left of the nose gear. That brown square on the ground is a metal plate imbedded in the concrete, with a small manhole cover. The strike exits onto the metal plate, and sends the manhole cover flying through the air toward the tug on the far left."

What can I say? I like videos that feature destruction and lightning.

Rain Destroys Wisconsin Bridge

From WISH: Heavy rains have washed out a bridge on Keystone Avenue on the north side. Indianapolis Metropolitan Police had already closed the road due to flooding, and no injuries were reported.

It turns out Michael Moore drove over that bridge in his re-inforced tractor trailer on his way to Pizza Hut. So don't blame it on the rain.
