Hofmann Theatre (785 seats)

$850 or 23% of gross, whichever is greater (to a maximum of $4,000).

Includes basic staff to operate: Lights, Sound, Rigging/Stage Manager, House Manager, Stage Door Security. Event Period = 4-6 hour period. (some restrictions apply)

$925 base for free events. 

Non-event period (First 3-hours or portion thereof) $150 plus staff. (Each additional 2-hour period or portion thereof $50 plus staff)

Overtime (past midnight) $200 per hour, plus staff at 1.5 per hour. 

Corporate Events (with no admission charge) $1,300 which includes basic staff and Ticket Office. Event Period = 4-6 hour period.

Technical Information

Ticket Office

$175 per performance. Includes the selling and printing of all tickets for the performance. 

*A Facility Use Charge of $2.00 will be collected on each ticket sold. This surcharge will not be used to calculate client’s rent.

Some special prices may apply for special handling of subscribers and coupon promotion discounts.



Margaret Lesher Theatre (297 seats)

$350 or 23% of gross, whichever is greater (to a maximum of $1,500).

Includes basic staff to operate: Lights, Sound, Rigging/Stage Manager, House Manager, Stage Door Security. Event Period = 4-6 hour period. (some restrictions apply)

$400 base for free events. 

Non-event period (First 3-hours or portion thereof) $90 plus staff. (Each additional 2-hour period or portion thereof $30 plus staff)

Overtime (past midnight) $200 per hour, plus staff at 1.5 per hour. 

Corporate Events (with no admission charge) $575 which includes basic staff and Ticket Office. Event Period = 4-6 hour period.

$125 per performance.

Includes the selling and printing of all tickets for the performance.

Non-event period (First 3-hours or portion thereof) $75 plus staff. (Each additional 2-hour period or portion thereof $25 plus staff)

Overtime (past midnight) $200 per hour, plus staff at 1.5 per hour. 

Corporate Events (with no admission charge) $325 which includes basic staff and Ticket Office. Event Period = 3-5 hour period.

Includes basic staff: one Technician 
Event Period = 3-5 hour period. (some restrictions apply)
 

Non-event period (First 3-hours or portion thereof) $75 plus staff. (Each additional 2-hour period or portion thereof $25 plus staff)

Overtime (past midnight) $200 per hour, plus staff at 1.5 per hour.
