| Bio: | hi there. my name's Tim, and i'm 23 years old. for those of you that enjoy identifying people by stereotypes, good luck. but, if you must, i'd say i'm mostly a big geek, a huge dork, and not ashamed of it in the least. there's also parts punk, indie, and a bunch of big kid. i'm full of contradictions, and i've come to accept them and embrace them as part of what makes me me. for instance, you'll notice how i just expressed distaste at stereotypes, and yet still attempted to describe myself with some. that's only the tip of the iceberg. i spend pretty much all of my free time in front of my computer, which i use as my own personal entertainment centre: the majority of my television, movies, and music is all downloaded. i absolutely love music of almost all kinds, but i have a special affinity for very unique, out-of-the-ordinary artists. my musical tastes are... eclectic. i'm always looking for new recommendations. i'm also a big movie fan, and i particularly enjoy cult, dark humour, scifi, classic, and intelligent films. yet at the same time i watch alot of cartoons and reality television. *shrug* i read comic books, mostly DC... Superman, JSA, Teen Titans, and some Transformers (I'm also a child of the 80's). i go to school, at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, where i'm a term shy of finishing an Arts & Science bachelor's degree, with an honours in biochemistry. however, at the moment I'm doing something completely unrelated to my school: I'm working at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, and having an absolutely amazing time doing it. I'm working in the Canada pavilion at Epcot Center on a 12 month contract, and will be here until Dec 2005. I love Disney World with a passion. come visit me. really. I get discounts that I'd be happy to share! i am extremely happily taken by a girl whose identity must remain a mystery for now, but i feel so lucky to have her... she's geeky, sexy, and absolutely perfect for me. :o) i usually don't post very much, but there will also be times when i'll post a bunch of times in a few hours. consider yourself warned. i thought i could write this thing without sounding like a tool, but i'm not sure i was right. | |
