Alysha - Hi there its that time again and this week I have created a Halloween scene using an embossed background which I have coloured using orange and black Pan Pastels then I have added accents with white and black gesso. popped on a die cut clock and some printed images to complete. Hope you will come and join us.

Terry: It was about time that I made a card for a man,  I worked on the background with a piece of carstock, designpaper and Light Modelling Paste with a stencil. When I was finished with the stencil and light modelling paste I colored the background with a bit of Metallic PanPastel and White Coarse...to give it a lighter surface. I stamped a image and used ink around it. Placed it on another piece of cardstock and onto the card. Last but not least I placed a sentiment. Wanna see more pictures, than you can click on my name and it will bring you to my blog.

Claire C I've made an Autumn themed tag using my PanPastels. I didn't have a lot of time and Pans blend so beautifully they are perfect for a quick background

Alysha
Happy Sunday everyone!

This week I am bringing you a tag journal tag I have created using Ultramarine Blue PP, Permanent Red PP, Turquoise PP, and edged in Violet PP.

I created some heart then have embossed the background with an embossing folder and then I added a colored stamp, sentiments and ribbon embellishment.

Hope you like and I look forward to seeing your creations.
Hugs Aly xx

Tracy
Hi there, lovely to be with you today. This week I decided to create a journal page in my A5 journal for you using my PanPastels for the background. They are fabulous for covering a page quickly and I allowed some of my sponge marks to show for added interest. Acrylic paints work fabulously over the PanPastels so it's easy to get some stunning effects.
I used the Turquoise pan for this background.

Terry: Hey there crafters out there, I had fun making a few notebooks. They all have different backgrounds and techniques. The first one is worked on with White and Brownish acrylic paint, than I played with the Iridescent Paste to give it some shine...

The following layer is Light Modelling Paste and the stencil from DD, the honeycomb...than another layer of White Coarse. The butterflies are colored with the Metallic PanPastels and painted with the Iridescent Paste

This notebook is worked on with a first layer of paper, than I used the Versamark Ink and stamped a image onto it. Than I took my Lavender color PanPastel and started to rub gently the PanPastel onto the stamped image with a soft brush. And last but not least I placed my Hello and colored everything with a last layer of Iridescent Paste....

And the last notebook is colored with Lavender after I had stamped the butterfly image onto the background. I gently placed the PanPastel onto the background with a soft brush.  The corners have a honeycomb image....And last but not least I have placed the "Cute" onto the notebook.

some of the products that I worked with are:

Claire C Hi there, I've been playing with lots of my favourite products to alter this MDF blank that I've had for ages, lots of stencilling and stamping plus of course the gorgeous pearlescent PanPastels too. You can find all the details on my blog

Premium Art Brands

As always our very talented DT have been working their magic to create lots of inspiration for you but before we check their projects out we'd like to say farewell to the lovely Tracy Evans who has been created some amazing artwork. We're going to miss Tracy and her beautiful projects and wish her well for the future.

Tracy Scott - it's lovely to be here this week with you all. I love to mix my mediums together and play and experiment. This week I've been creating whimsy animals in my journal and playing with acrylic paints, pencils and my fabulous PanPastels. The pans just add the perfect finishing touch to every project.

Yvonne - for this Challenge I set myself a personal Challenge which was to only use things I had on my desk which were leftover from previous projects.  I started with a base which had been partly embossed through an embossing folder and then it had texture paste put through a stencil which had been left over from a card I'd made a couple of weeks ago.  The stems and flowers had mostly been stamped and coloured with ink but I added metallic panpastels which made them ping!!  A photo step by step is on my blog if you'd like to pop along to take a look.

Terry: I really had fun making a set of Candle holders for Christmas....I just love altering stuff and these glass jars were just the perfect fit for a Christmas gift. I started out with placing the lace onto the Glass Jar and worked on the Wooden Stars, I colored them with the White PanPastels by mixing the white PanPastel with Water and White Coarse. I glued the small and large stars onto eachother and onto the Glass Jar. Last but not least I attached some snow onto my project and inside of the Jar. And a wooden sentiment will tell you that this is a Xmas Gift.

The products that I have worked with are:

Claire C I've made a Christmas decoration this week, using my PanPastels to add some delicate pastel colours and some sparkle too!
I coloured the vellum flowers in the Christmas baubles with PanPastels, vellum isn't the sort of surface that works well with PanPastels but if you dab the vellum with a versamark inkpad the Pans stay put and have even more intensity of colour. I've also used Pans on my wallhanging too, they are great with embossing powders as they don't seem to have any static so you don't get  messy bits of embossing powder where you don't want them....

Gorgeous makes ladies! We'll be back next week with lots more artwork and the winners announcement from our last challenge too.
