A new study funded by the Department of Homeland Security characterizes Americans who are "suspicious of centralized federal authority," and "reverent of individual liberty" as "extreme right-wing" terrorists.

Entitled Hot Spots of Terrorism and Other Crimes in the United States, 1970-2008 (PDF), the study was produced by the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism at the University of Maryland. The organization was launched with the aid of DHS funding to the tune of $12 million dollars.

While largely omitting Islamic terrorism - the report fails completely to mention the 1993 World Trade Center bombing – the study focuses on Americans who hold beliefs shared by the vast majority of conservatives and libertarians and puts them in the context of radical extremism.

The report takes its definitions from a 2011 study entitled Profiles of Perpetrators of Terrorism, produced by the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism, in which the following characteristics are used to identify terrorists.

- Americans who believe their "way of life" is under attack;

- Americans who are "fiercely nationalistic (as opposed to universal and international in orientation)";

- People who consider themselves "anti-global" (presumably those who are wary of the loss of American sovereignty);

- Americans who are "suspicious of centralized federal authority";

- Americans who are "reverent of individual liberty";

- People who "believe in conspiracy theories that involve grave threat to national sovereignty and/or personal liberty."

Feds retaliate against another critic of the U.S. government.

SALEM / RICHMOND) - A decorated U.S. Marine who served his nation in two wars, Brandon Raub, of Richmond Virginia, was arrested for airing his critical views of the U.S. government on Facebook this weekend. We just reported yesterday that a Human Rights activist in Bahrain is being prosecuted for six Twitter messages. Politically, this country is increasingly resembling Bahrain and other nations that arrest those who speak out critically over federal policy.

His mother, Kathleen Thomas, says it is another case of the word 'terrorist' being applied to arrest and detain a citizen. You can hear the pride she feels for her son when she explains what he has been through, and by all counts Ms. Thomas makes her points loud and clear.

The law enforcement officials rolled up to the man's home around 7:00 last night. "He was there, the FBI, Secret Service and Chesterfield Police showed up in a storm," she said.

Thomas says her son was questioned about why he was writing certain comments, "He basically said 'I have some disagreements with the government and share this', and they said, 'You have to go with us'".

"He was handcuffed, not read his rights, put into a Chesterfield Police Department vehicle and taken to John Randolph Psychiatric Hospital in Hopewell, Virginia," Thomas said.

Agent Sherry Grainger with the Federal Bureau of Investigation called Kathleen Thomas, who described the conversation.

She said, "I am with the FBI" and "We have taken your son. He has been arrested by the Chesterfield County Police Dept because he assaulted an officer and resisted arrest. He has been arrested and taken to the Chesterfield Police Department."

Why did the feds require the locals to arrest him?

Why did they arrest him?

Why did the local PD loose information on his arrest?

Why was he sent for examination in a mental institution?

You know why- those in positions of power, our elected officials and their bureaucratic JBT's (Jackboot Thugs) are very nervous and have decided to send a message and the message is Brandon Raub.

If you have spent anytime reading his Facebook postings, his notes and even his pictures you will note that these postings are just like MILLIONS of other Citizens posting all across the Republic.

Brandon Raub refused to be silenced, I won't and neither should you.

In the past seven days, we have witnessed CRIMINAL and CIVIL CONTEMPT CHARGES on the Attorney General of these United States, Eric Holder, Jr. by the Congress of these United States- but yet he remains free, playing at Disney World, instead of behind bars while BP Agent Brian Terry, ICE Agent Jaime Zapata, an estimated (quite low IMO) 300 Mexican Citizens, along with an fully unknown body count of American Citizens which have been killed or murdered by those Mexicans wielding weapons ILLEGALLY sold to them at the behest of the FERAL GOVERNMENT of these United States- and specifically the Attorney General of these United States, Eric Holder, Jr.(and IMO Hilary Clinton and the Muslim Kenyan).

In the past seven days, we have witnessed the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of these United States re-write a law, brought before the High Court, one WHOLLY un-CONSTITUTIONAL, that DICTATES that the feral government can force the citizenry to purchase a product, to "seemingly" make it Constitutional under a completely different avenue than the four requested arguments that the plaintiffs were instructed to argue. The traitor, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, John Roberts, who was nearly completely unknown as an epileptic to we mere citizens before this, said it is actually a TAX, when "those" who penned it, stated it was not as well as the feral lawyers who argued it before the Supreme Court of these United States said it was NOT. So now, the feral government of these United States NOW has the power to TAX you for something you REFUSE to purchase. Of course, after declaring such a monstrosity, where did the traitor, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, John Roberts go? No, NOT Disney World, but to the "impregnable island fortress" of Malta.

As children, we Americans were instructed that NO ONE is above the law. That the three branches of our Republic- the Legislative, the Executive and the Judicial all are there to protect our Constitution and our liberties, swearing OATHS to do such. Moreover, daily we are told how sacred it we mere citizens OBEY the law of the land and if we have grievances, that our Constitution provides us the avenues to address the inequities and follies of the mistakes of our fellow citizens and elected officials.

No, we do not. At every turn, whether a good and prudent law is passed, it is overturned- no matter what "we the people" desire, need or require. The most recent example is Arizona's Immigration Law which had the Supreme Court of these United States overturn all of it except the requirement for papers. So the Executive branch then, with malice aforethought stripped ONLY Arizona of it's ability to be a part of the program that uses such and created a toll-free number and an E-mail address specifically aimed at Arizona. Moreover, this was AFTER granting back-door amnesty!

Our government has been and is now BOUGHT by large corporations- left and right. I could provide link, after link, after link, after link, after link but I do not have to- you see it daily and know the truth. From oil, pharmacology, prisons, and military. You are nothing and MUST accept the fascist state of CORPORATISM!

I say NO!

There are four boxes to our Republic and each is a true and proper avenue to obtain and re-gain our suppressed liberties, but each one can fail and the first three have been useless since 1913 and the last was tried from 1861-1865 and think days such as those coming upon us once more.

For those that do not know what the four boxes are, I present them in order and yes, most reading this have used the first three- over and over so often that all colors have drained from the use.









The last box is one that all should dread opening, but there are those who just have pushed and keep pushing because they firmly believe it is their due to dictate how others live and that Man should be in chains.

Americans are fed up- we are tired of the lies, the cheating, the murders and killings of us. It is only going to get worse. It has to stop and you have to chose to say no more.

Apparently not, especially if one has read the following forecast from none other than Fannie Mae. So while we have Barclays, Deutsche, JPM, TCW, and any other axed bank , you name it, defending PrimeX which is nothing more or less than a bet on the "safe" tranche of US home price prospects and housing overall, here is the one entity with more mortgages on its books than any other organization, telling us how it really feels.
   
   Summary:
   

   • Projecting 10yr treasuries to plunge to 1.90% by 4Q11
   • Median New / Existing home prices will fall 7.1% / 7.7% respectively by mid 2012
   • Purchase Mortgage Origination will decline 21.5% from 2Q11 levels
   • Total Single family mortgage debt will decline 3.0% by 4Q12
   • First Lien single family mortgage debt will decline 2.3%
   • The imputed (based on reported first lien & total) 2nd lien mortgage debt will plunge 10.2% vs. 2Q11 levels (hmm why W

   WASHINGTON -- If you call a radio talk show and get on the air, you might be recorded by the FBI.
   
   The FBI has awarded a $524,927 contract to a Virginia company to record as much radio news and talk programming as it can find on the Internet.
   
   The FBI says it is not playing big brother by policing the airwaves, but rather seeking access to what airs as potential evidence.
   
   "This doesn't give us any enhanced capability, prying into or any 'big brother' concerns because this is information that's being put out on the airwaves," FBI spokesman Paul Bresson told WMAL.com. "Its very important to our investigators to know what's being reported."
   
   Bresson cites as an example of the case of the Times Square bomber.
   
   "It's ideal for cases like that because we can extract information that's already been reported and help our investigators make better decisions."

All of this is not good or enjoyable news and there is so much more out there, but there are bright spots- such as this:



Those who frequent here know full well that I fully expect all of this to come crashing down- HARD. We are broke, our "leaders" corrupt with many submitting or calling for treason; demanding that we further embrace socialism/communism. That elections do not matter and should be halted. Others dismiss their citizens- acting as potentates and kings who send out Jack-Booted Thugs to harass, intimidate and even kill. This is why it does not matter this mans politics he is standing up for what is right AND honorable- with the outcome of 30 cops nearly pissing themselves.

In the old Roman Republic before the wars of Marius and Sulla it was considered sacrilege to put to death a Roman Citizen without trial. The Civil Wars changed that, and when one faction won it would publish lists of enemies who could be killed without trial or mercy if found within Roman jurisdiction. Most lists of proscription also carried rewards to those who found and executed the proscribed enemy of the people. Proscriptions also carried confiscation of property, and were used by Sulla to replenish the treasury.

After Sulla the practice was used by other factions. Julius Caesar refused to employ such a device on his election as Consul and elevation to dictatorship, but when Caesar was assassinated

You cannot wash their blood away and what consistently comes to mind is: How many American Citizens names do we NOT know and just HOW MUCH blood is on YOUR HANDS? Not just because of Gunwalker, but because of EVERY un-Constitutional Act you approved, let stand, or enforced! Not just judges, but bureaucrats, police and elected politicians (local, state, federal).

The MSM is slowly waking up, slowly asking questions, but not MOST of them. Most of them are working to protect the murdering vermin of The Swamp- their jobs depend on it, but the local stations do not. This does not mean that they are not as corrupt or corruptible as the MSM but you do not have a better forum than your local press to get the story out and then onto the Internet. Pressure builds and builds. It has been just over six-months since the story broke on the Web thanks to Mike Vanderboegh and David Codrea with the help of those men at CleanUPATF.org and there are Congressional Hearings and Senate Investigations!

Not those authorized- CITIZEN JOURNALISTS DID THIS!

Get out and do your part (call, write, hound, tell everyone you know), many already have and many continue to do so. Work to see these Murderous Scum receive justice, but not just on Gunwalker- if you do not, IMO, you are tacitly guilty for standing by and doing nothing (whether Burke said it or not- it still stands as a truth).
