"I purchased the store December 21, 2011,” said Renee Aon. My goal is to utilize the store as a venue to encourage community relations and give back any way I can. I am passionate about being a business entrepreneur that demonstrates how I truly care through coordinating various events of different nature to allow families the opportunity to enjoy a local outing. I look forward to doing what I can on a daily basis for schools, charities and local businesses."
She and co-partner Mike Venancio collaborate with Rich Riel known as “Dr. DJ and his Joom Box of San Diego”, who plays oldies music. Together they host "Cars for a Cause" events to benefit the local communities.

Aon told me that, even though the weather kept some folks from showing up, “Anytime we can hold an event it is always a success.” She is already planning for the next event at her 7/11 location to benefit the Barona Speedway in Lakeside.
It's great to see Renee and her friends giving back to the communities that support the success of her business and raise awareness to the needs of our communities.
The events do not have a set day of the month as of yet but are always held on Sundays.
