Chicken coating mix

I am not sure anymore where i found this. I know i did find it while looking at a bulk cooking site. Looks like a great mix to have as a staple though.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp parsley flakes shopping list
- 1 tbsp ground marjoram shopping list
- 2 tsp rosemary shopping list
- 1 tsp onion salt shopping list
- 1 tbsp ginger shopping list
- 1 tsp ground sage shopping list
- 1 tbsp ground oregano shopping list
- 1 tbsp ground thyme shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic salt (i may use powder...seems to be too much salt in this recipe) shopping list
- 1 tbsp celery salt shopping list
- 1 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 tbsp paprika shopping list
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper ( i may add this, we like a little heat) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in small bowl and blend well. Spoon mixture into a small airtight container and label as Chicken Coating Mix.
- Store in cool dry place.
- Makes around 1/2 cup of mix
