    Made this and mixed it with dry breadcrumbs 1:1. Applied that to chicken tenders and oven-baked them. The result was too brown and quite boring.

    So far my only question is why do people rate recipes without trying them first. One thing i like about recipe zaar is that the recipes have reviews from people who have actually made the recipe, which helps tremendously when you are looking for a new recipe to try. You get to read the feedback on what it maybe missing or what it has too much of.
    Other than that, i like this place as it is more of a community.

    There are no dumb questions but a lot of dumb answers. I never use a "cooking" wine. They are salty and have a lot of additives. The rule of thumb for wine when cooking is simple,if you can drink and like it then by all means use it for cooking. If you took a sip of cooking wine, I doubt if you could swallow it..............Bob
