Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

- 3 cups raw whole pumpkin seeds from a huge pumpkin shopping list
- 4 teaspoons butter, melted shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- Some people like to rinse like crazy but I slightly rinse off the pulp, the flavors are better shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F
- Toss seeds in a bowl with the melted butter and salt. Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 40 minutes or until golden brown; stir occasionally.
- Everyone has a different way to do the seeds, but this has always worked for me.
- Enjoy these with an AUTUMN COCKTAIL
