Though the PS Vita itself is actually quite comfortable the shoulder buttons are not very ergonomic, long play sessions can be a strain on your hands. Long play sessions are fine if the game does not use the shoulder buttons. However accessory creator PDP has offered a solution.

However remember that this is not a required attachment for games, it does not provide 2 extra shoulder buttons, they just replace the standard shoulder buttons, this is an optional attachment and IS NOT required for any game.
