return of the indictment, but I doubt very much Tr*mp will be "arrested." An arrest occurs if the prosecutor requests and the judge supervising the grand jury issues a warrant to take the accused into custody and bring them before the court to answer the charges. If the accused appears voluntarily, and there is no intent to request pretrial detention rather than bond, there is no need for a warrant and therefore no arrest.

He could be saying that the AG's office alerting law enforcement in advance, which definitely should happen I would think, is the "illegal leak".

for the judge imposing bond to include travel restrictions, such as no international travel (surrender passport), and no domestic travel outside the state bringing the charges (NY) and the state of residence (FL) and direct travel between those states. If so, no Waco.

was made with that very possibility in mind.  Trump has surely done this enough to know what could happen.

If the judge says he can't go my bet is the "rally" in Waco would still happen.  And probably a few other places.
